Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave any used beds unmade and return tv remote to original location.
Leave used towels and bath rugs in showers/tub.
Return all indoor and outdoor furniture to original location and in clean condition. This includes beach chairs/wagon/toys. Close all windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am. No fireworks, illegal drugs, weapons, or excessive noise at any time.
Guests: Additional visitors are welcome but additional nightly guests must be approved prior to stay.
Rinse off sand before entering the home Avoid placing wet towels on furniture Close windows and secure outdoor items during storms

Our newly renovated beach house offers tons of indoor/outdoor space and is the perfect location for bike riding, running, or sunset strolls. A two minute walk to the beach but just far enough off the main road, you will find the convenience of a full easy to access beach day with quiet, safe neighborhood vibes.
