The host thought of everything! Fabulous site. Loved the amenities, the great furniture, fireplaces, and all the rooms both upstairs and downstairs. This house is centrally located, has great views of bucolic nearby yards. Lots of privacy. Loved it all. Enjoy this wonderful property. You'll love it.
We had 6 adults stay for 6 nights here, super clean and nice house and was very central to what we wanted to do (mountains, ocean, whale watching, etc.). Walking distance to some restaurants, Safeway, and even the wharf if you don't mind the hill on the way back. Nice neighborhood, we even saw some deer grazing in the morning! I will say the walls are very thin and the stairs are very creaky, but it is an old house and if those are the biggest "problems" I think you're doing pretty good overall.
My family enjoyed staying at this lovely house. It was comfortable, clean, nicely furnished, and had great beds. There was room to spread out or gather together. Ample parking for cars. Would definitely stay here again!
This home gets a 20 out of 10! Squeaky clean, everything worked, very charming, well stocked!!!
We went for hiking and ferry rides - all within driving distance - as near as 5 min and as far as 2 plus hours depending on where you went.
Excellent restaurant suggestions from the owner, but you can easily cook in their kitchen.
Two TV watching areas - game room/laundry room, A+++++
Vintage/old remodeled house in a convenient location
Great house for a mother/daughter weekend with friends. The house was clean, lots of room, remodeled with a shabby chic decor. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was large enough for us to cook in, the bathrooms were lovely. We enjoyed our stay.
We had a great time at this property! My husband and I wanted to show some relatives visiting from India the best the Olympic Peninsula has to offer, and this charming house was the perfect home base. Everyone felt right at home in the comfy rooms, we enjoyed using the grill and the game room, and the outdoor space was beautiful, too--everyone had a different favorite feature!
We loved the house, the yard and the overall vibe. Keeping the authenticity and charm of the house was impressive. The rickety stairs, rounded door entryways and cabinets were on point. My only recommendation would be to get an electronic lock system. We also loved the long table and washer dryer!!
We had a nice time at this property. It is well situated and close to amenities in town, yet very peaceful and quiet. It has been very tastefully decorated and is very clean. We loved the vintage feel. Susan was a very responsive host and was very prompt and helpful in communicating with us. Highly recommended
The house was everything we needed to have a comfortable place to retreat to, after long days in the National Park. The house itself could use some updating but it met our needs.
The house was cute. Close to restaurants, grocery store & Olympic NP. The rooms were nice sizes. The second floor did not have a shower you could stand up in so 4 of 5 used the bath downstairs. Tv & WiFi were excellent.
We loved this house! So many unique details to discover in this vintage home. We had more room to spread out than anticipated. Plenty of everything we needed was provided. The outdoor space is private and flowers are wild and beautiful…so nice to sit there around the fire in the evenings. Close to everything - stores, restaurants, and the main attraction Olympic NP. Thank you so much for the best stay in Port Angeles, Susan!!
Susan was a great host and always available for any questions. The property was fully stocked with everything we needed and more for the stay. We loved that it had a great personality to it.
The property was absolutely charming, clean , comfortable!!

Absolutely delightful vintage home, charming and clean and open. Beautiful upgrades, and gorgeous and well kept yard. Cozy, close to downtown, fun game room. My family got very into darts.
We had such a wonderful stay here. We loved the central location, the architecture of the house, and the furnishings as well. We cooked some nice family meals here and relaxed in the living room. I'd love to return sometime!
Charming and spacious house, very well set up for a home base to explore what the region has to offer. The kitchen was really well set up - not the typical mismatched thrift store stuff you often find in short term rentals. The bedrooms were comfy and both bathrooms were beautifully done. It was a bit early in the year to enjoy the outdoor yard space but it was lovely. There is a commercial business across the street that made some noise during daytime hours, but they knocked off early and besides you'll probably be out and about during the day! (If the weather's bad and you're inside, you'll be having a pingpong tournament and won't notice.) Would definitely recommend this house.
