Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay! We certainly understand that this heatwave left many a little uncomfortable at times and we do offer portable a/c units to rent should guests request it. We thank you for understanding San Diego's surprise heat wave and are happy you managed to cool down in the evenings. Again, we appreciate your feedback and will continue to focus on improving the comfort of each of our units. We do look forward to having you as guests on future trips to San Diego! Thank you so much for your review! We love to hear about guest experiences like this!

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the clogged drain during your stay. As soon as you reported the issue, we worked quickly to schedule a vendor to resolve it that same day, despite the challenges of it being a holiday weekend. Management was in agreement to waive the late checkout fee if we were able to do it. We do wish you had shared any additional concerns during your stay, as our team is always eager to help and ensure everything runs smoothly. Regarding your late check-out request, we do our best to accommodate where possible, but due to scheduling constraints, we were unable to offer more flexibility at that time. We appreciate your kind words about the place itself, and we hope to host you again in the future for a seamless experience.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding in such a frustrating situation. We are deeply sorry that you had to experience this disturbance during your stay, and we’re equally disappointed in the delayed response. While we always strive to provide a peaceful environment for our guests, we know how crucial prompt action is in these cases. We're actively working with the property manager to ensure this situation is handled with the seriousness it deserves, including clearer, enforceable noise policies and quicker responses, even on weekends. We truly appreciate your willingness to address the issue personally, and it’s unfortunate that the courtesy wasn't reciprocated by the other resident. As a token of our appreciation for your patience, we’d love to offer you a discount for a future stay during our off-season in our other properties. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much smoother experience in the future and to welcome you back under more peaceful circumstances. Thank you again for your understanding, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything else we can assist with.

Thank you so much, Jen! We appreciate your feedback and hope we get to host you all again soon.
