Beautiful 4 bedroom home with pool and dock on the canel in Cape Coral.

Nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants, shopping and not to far away from the Beach. Home has everything even fishing from the dock overlooking the canal. This home is immaculate. Convection oven inside and grill for barbequing on the Lanai. This beautiful home has everything thing you will need to enjoy your stay.

I do spend a little bit of time throughout the year here but of course not as much as I'd like to. I do rent it out on occasion and I come to find out that pretty much everyone takes good care of this house. The house is more important than the money. I do keep a very clean house. Cleanliness is next to godliness. It's the only way I know how to live.
