***If you're looking for a house that can get freezing cold on really hot days, this may not be the right house for you. The AC runs well and has been recently serviced. The house is older and the insulation doesn't allow for the house to get extremely cold. The house does stay comfortable based on the heat outside.***

Backyard - Fenced in Backyard w/ Covered Patio (The backyard is a SHARED SPACE with the separate Studio in the backyard. The Studio is rented out separate from the house so guests staying there will have to use the gate to the backyard to access it.)

*We have a Guesthouse in the backyard that is rented out separately. It is NOT part of the Main house. You may see guests entering the side gate to access the Guesthouse. We ask that all guests renting the main house to PLEASE DO NOT GO UP TO THE GUESTHOUSE OR TRY TO ENTER IT. Two parking spaces in the driveway need to be available for the Studio guests at all times.

*Linens and towels provided. We also provide toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher detergent to get you started for your stay.

*The Smart TV's provide access to streaming apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. Please use your login information to access these features. TV's are NOT connected to Cable TV.

*There is an exterior doorbell camera located at the front entrance that records upon motion. There is a camera on the front left side of the house near the backyard entry gate. The last camera is in the backyard on the corner of the studio entrance, overlooking the entire backyard and house. These are in place for your safety and protection! Please do not touch, cover or tamper with the cameras. Doing so will result in immediate eviction of all guests w/no refund for unused nights. There are NO cameras inside the home.

*Please make sure to review our cancellation policy prior to booking.
*No unregistered guests. There will be a $500 fine per person for any unregistered guest.
*Any evidence of smoking in or near the property will require the booking guest to pay a fee of $1,000.
*Parties, events, or gatherings are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1,000 fine plus additional cleaning fee.
*No parking on the street.
*No open flames in the property of any kind including candles, incense, etc.
*Any damage to furniture, bedding, towels, or any other item in the property that will be required to replace, you will be charged for the amount to replace the items.
*Guest House in the backyard is rented out separately. Please do not try to enter the Guest House or disturb the guests.
*Quiet time 9:00pm – 8:00am. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
*If we are charged for any additional cleaning fees due to the condition of how the property was left, you will be charged for those additional fees.
*Any damage to the property of any kind that needs immediate attention, and a maintenance person needs to come out, you will be charged for all fees associated with it.
