We enjoyed the outdoor lounging areas, definitely enough areas to choose from. The garage was full of absolutely anything you would need or want for enjoying the pool or the water. We will for sure return again!

Awesome Key Colony Beach Rental

Great location and extremely clean property. Many activities to do from paddle boarding, bike riding, to ping pong Par 3 course and awesome kayak rental service nearby. Would definitely stay here again if opportunity arose

Fantastic Stay- Highly Recommended!

We had an amazing time at the Fabulous Canal Front Villa! The place was spotless, check-in was easy, and the private pool made our stay even better. Everything was just as described, and the location was peaceful yet convenient.The host was great at communicating, and we felt right at home. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, this is the perfect spot!

Key colony gem

Beautiful home in one of the better locations in the Florida Key! Home was super clean and had all the amenities needed. Having the outdoor living space with the pool is where our family spent most of our time. Just wonderful!!

Great House for Family

The house was comfortable and well equipped for a week long stay with family ranging in ages. The house was well maintained and had lots extras. They actually thought about what a family would need/want.

Amazing Week

This was by far the best VRBO we have ever rented, it was stocked with everything and more for a fun filled week. We enjoyed the neighborhood, playing tennis, pickleball, swimming, and fishing. We also rented a boat and explored the area. We would definitely recommend this property!

Amazing vacation!

This is by far the best house we’ve stayed at in The Keys. We enjoyed the paddle boards, bikes, and games on a daily basis. The pool chillers were the best after a day on the boat. The beds were comfy, everyone had their own private bathroom, we had everything we needed to cook meals. Best stocked house ever! I couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. We had an amazing trip!

2023 Family Keys trip

Every year around the same time we visit Marathon. This year did not disappoint. The accommodations were perfect for our growing family. The attention to detail was first class. The comfort of the beds, the immaculate cleaning, every amenity in the kitchen, high chair & baby gates…I can’t think of one thing that was amiss. Thank you for entrusting our family to stay in such a beautiful vacation home. We hope to return to this home for many years to come

Property and Property management are amazing

Property and Property management were amazing! The interior can use some minor paint touch ups and other minor cosmetic attention. In all the house is amazing, we love staying here when visiting Marathon. The house has high quality finishes, comes with a great assortment of games to play at the house, as well as equipment for Pickleball, paddle boarding, etc... The kitchen is well equipped to accommodate cooking and hosting friends. Would like to have an extra change of bed linens to swap during our stay, we usually stay multiple weeks at a time. We will be back, we miss it already!! Thanks to Meredith for accommodating all our requests.

Thank you for the great review and for being a return guest! I appreciate all the many positive comments and would like to address a couple of others. Since you came at the end of our busy season, we had not yet been able to do the touch ups needed yet that we do during slow season (such smudges and scuffs made by guests). That is actually all occurring as I write this. Also, if you needed extra linens, all you had to do was ask. We were in touch several times throughout your stay and you never once mentioned that. When you come next year, be sure to tell me you want extra linens and we can put that out so it is there when you arrive.

Slice of heaven

We have been renting with Meredith at Pineapple Properties for a few years and we keep coming back!! Blue Turtle is a lovely home that meets all of our needs and desires!!! Meredith and her crew respond quickly to any calls we have made to them The homes with Pineapple Properties are extremely clean when you arrive and have plenty of paper products ....which is a bonus!! We have rented other houses in the area with other agencies and have been disappointed. We will be a loyal client of both Blue Turtle and Pineapple Properties. Amazing property

We spent the 4th of July holiday week at this amazing property in Key Colony Beach. The house is new and furnished very nicely. The kitchen has everything you will need and we enjoyed cooking and having our meals outside on the second story porch overlooking the pool and canal. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything in Marathon. Lots of amenities and games which would be great for families with kids. Highly recommend- we would stay here again. Note- the water faucets are backwards and it took us a few days to find that the hot water was left instead of right! Although cool showers were nice in the hot summer temps.
