Relax in the beauty and comfort of our newly renovated, one-bedroom guest apartment, nestled in one of Colorado Springs lovely Briargate neighborhoods. Self check-in available day or night. From the peaceful backyard with stunning mountain views, to the gorgeous and comfortable interior equipped with a functional kitchen, this private basement apartment is the perfect getaway. Nestled in a quiet and lovely neighborhood, our central location offers some of the best access to Colorado Springs. A scenic walking trail is accessible just a stone’s throw from our front yard.

Street parking is available(for 1 car) right in front of our home. Coffee shops, grocery stores and a large variety of resturaunts are very close-by. Take advantage of some of Colorado Springs’ best shopping with Chapel Hills Mall and The Promenade Shops at Briargate less than 2 miles away. Also, we’re located near the Air Force Academy (3.3 miles), and just a short drive from downtown, Garden of the Gods, the Olympic Training Center, The Broadmoor Resort, the Zoo and countless options for gorgeous hikes!

Home Between Homes

I moved across country and started a job at the Air Force Academy. I rented this Vrbo because I needed a place to stay for over a month before I could move into my apartment. This stay was perfect! First of all, the location is great. It’s in a quiet neighborhood that has nice sidewalks and even a little trail for walking or jogging. I was about 7 minutes from the South Gate of the Academy. There are several plazas with restaurant and grocery stores near by. Within minutes, you can get to Academy Blvd which has lots of stores and restaurants as well. The space is wonderful and great for long term stays. I was able to cook and freeze a lot of meals. There is a portable stovetop, countertop convection oven, good size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee pot, pots, pans, bowls, plates, and utensils. The living room and bedroom are spacious and I was able to store my tubs and suitcases that I brought with me. I spent a lot of time sitting on the back patio reading and eating dinner. I also enjoyed watching the bunnies run by. Paul and his family are lovely people. Paul was so responsive and helpful. He wants you to feel at home while you stay here. This was a perfect home between homes and I would definitely recommend staying here!!!

Great Stay

This new property is beautiful, clean & well cared for in a quiet neighborhood. Paul is very kind and considerate, always willing to help if needed, and checking to make sure we are comfortable.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is great for a few reasons. It is close to everything you could possibly need (5-10min.) in the way of food and shopping. It is a very quiet and safe neighborhood and 10 min. from the AirForce Academy.
