This newly-remodeled studio beckons you inside with its nine-foot ceilings, lovely contemporary decor and an abundance of Florida sunshine to brighten your day. A contactless check in/out process with a virtual innkeeper allows for a seamless experience!
***All guests must be 18 years of age or older as this is an adult only property AND the primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES:
Your happy getaway begins as you step foot into this casual compound with a delightful private porch and conch-style studio that will captivate your island soul. Carry your crafted cocktail to the deck area and community pool which comes heated in the winter months, cooled by the protective canopies, exquisite swaying palms and gentle breezes. Stretch out in a deck chair for a decadent nap or reading escape. then satisfy your culinary cravings at the shared outside grill for an al fresco treat.

SLEEPING AND LIVING ARRANGEMENTS...
Pamper yourself in your private bathroom with glass and marble tile, quartz countertop, large mirror, and roomy glass shower. The bedroom features a newly-remodeled king bed with luxurious bedding, ceiling fan and wall-mounted HD TV. Whip up your refreshing beverage and light meal in the kitchenette, which includes a quartz countertop and wet bar sink, microwave, mini-fridge, and keurig station. Slip outside to your private deck with views our botanical gardens that overlook the pool and stone waterfall.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great renovated property with a quaint pool and all the amenities without the fuss of a hotel. Parking was easy right on the street. It’s close to everything, but also far enough away that’s it’s quiet. This is our 2nd Dwell property and we’ve had amazing experiences at both. Would highly recommend.

What a wonderful oasis! Not a single complaint to be had. You thought of everything. The pitchers/ water cooler/ ice machine were gold in the heat. The pool melted my stress away every day. Location and help with checking in were to tier. Concierge service just puts this listing over the top with being able to help with all your needs. We loved our time, will recommend you to everyone and look forward to coming back!

Absolutely beautiful and clean accommodations. Parking was not fun as we got in pretty late. I had to text after 11 pm, but I was texted back immediately. There was some very strange noise in the middle of one night, but we had no clue what it was. Great communication! A little pricy, but it’s Key West, so that’s to be expected.

We had a wonderful stay at Coconut Palms. It was clean and restful. Walking distance to the southernmost point in the USA and Duval St. After a pleasant dinner and walk back, my husband took a dip in the pool. The studio was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the coffee was great! The studio also has a small refridgerator. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Idyllic tropical hideaway with privacy and a serene pool. Loved staying here! Coconut Palm Studio was better than the pictures. Ideal for walkers - 10 minutes to the beach, a few minutes to restaurants, 15 minutes to sunset pier. Check in and check-out were seamless. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Clean room and bathroom. Had to be careful on the small deck where one board is protruding. Pool is lovely and heated. Leaves do collect due to lush greenery around the pool. Concierge service made booking activities easy - for example we booked kayaking through the mangroves off of Geiger Key. Wonderful. Would definitely return.

We chose Key West since the drive wasn’t too far from where we live. A friend of mine who is much more of a planner found this location for me and she did a great job. I would definitely recommend this location either for a quick getaway or a longer stay. The ambience was perfect. The area is nice and quiet. Each individual cottage was cute and well maintained. After a hot day of being out and about, we took a quick dip in the pool. It was nice and warm. It felt like we had our own private pool even though it is shared amongst the other guests. My inn keeper was awesome. Responded to my texts promptly and even let me check in earlier than check-in time which was phenomenal.I would hands-down recommend this location and if we ever make our way back to Key West, we will definitely use Travelers’s Palm again!!!

Easy check in, lovely room, great location — walking and biking to all. Pool was very peaceful and relaxing, and temperature great for the weather. Window air conditioner had a mildew smell every time it cycled on, and each cycle was loud. The door to the studio was very hard to unlock — had to push the door in while turning the key to get it to work. Outside lights did not work. Otherwise a delightful stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a very nice stay. The room was very clean, and the bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable. It included a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig with coffee, cable TV, and an A/C unit that kept the room nice and cool. I also loved having a private entrance to both the room and the pool. The pool area was well thought out, with towels, water, and ice available for guests, which was a nice touch.There were a few downsides. The suites and studios are connected, so you can hear whoever is staying next door. The first night, no one was on the other side, which was great. The second night, however, the neighboring guests smoked marijuana, and the smell came into our room. They also set off the fire alarm, which was frustrating.Parking was also a bit confusing. There isn’t a designated parking lot—just a brick area where one vehicle can pull in. Additional parking is available on the side street, but clearer instructions ahead of time would have been helpful.Communication before check-in could also be improved. I hadn’t received check-in code, so I texted around 1:30 p.m. on the day of arrival to ask for the door code. The response was very short, followed by a generic message explaining the information hadn’t been sent because I booked “last minute,” even though I had booked the day before. I also received a text stating that calls and texts after 8 p.m. should be reserved for urgent matters only. I interpreted that to mean I shouldn’t contact them at all after 8 unless it was an emergency, so I called to clarify and was told I had misunderstood the message. Being a little more personable and clearer communication would have made the arrival process smoother.Despite those issues, the room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and we enjoyed our stay overall.

Quick Getaway

Very secluded feel to this place. When in the pool, you feel like you are in an oasis on a tropical Caribbean island! Loved this place. Will definitely stay here for our next visit.
