Great place to stay. Had a great family trip. Communication with the host was prompt. Quick question about parking and answered within minutes. We did have a minor issue with the hot tub that was promptly taken care of and fixed by the next day. Great location in close proximity to downtown Gatlinburg. Highly recommend.

The pictures showed a view there wasnt one Tub was broken and small i might add for a kid. Tvs didnt work beds were hard hot tub was dangerous to get in and stairs for it were slippery code on door was a joke like ten digits no jacuzzi for the high price we paid my family and i left sad my sons last trip as a kid he will be 18 and it was a terrible experiance and no communication from host or management

We are disappointed to read this review, as several of the items mentioned do not match the documented condition of the property or the communication during your stay. We will acknowledge the view changes throughout the year with tree growth and foliage. The hot tub was working properly, and the steps have a raised tread pattern designed to help with footing. The televisions are connected through DISH and were also working. The door code is automatically generated for security, but we provide instructions that allow guests to shorten the code to as few as three digits if preferred. We also want to clarify the statement regarding no communication from the host or management. We did communicate with you during your stay after concerns were reported on the evening of your third day, and our team was scheduled to address the reported items the following morning. We understand that every guest has different expectations, but our team responds when concerns are reported and works to address items as quickly as possible. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the documented details of the stay.

Beautiful Cabin

The Cabin was beautiful as described. This location was close to town. Lots of bears in the area so had to be on the lookout. We really enjoyed the stay and would stay here again.

When toilet flush made a very load vibration noise. All the tvs were not streaming allowed only one so the kids could not watch their shows stuck watching the boomerang channel which was scooby doo all the time. We lost internet for one whole night and could not watch anything. Pool table belt needs replacing. Overall was clean and comfy.

Sometimes you get a review that just makes you scratch your head. ALL of the TV's are connected to dish network and consequently have streaming services through the cable box. Dish also does not require the internet work so TV services were never interrupted. The felt on the pool table is in excellent shape. There are no tears in the surface and it is level.

Great Place

The property manager was very responsive. We saw a few bears roaming around outside which was awesome. It is 5 min outside of Gatlinburg which was very convenient but feels like you are farther out due to the trees, wildlife and being on a mountain. The game room was a huge plus when it was raining or late in the evenings. I would stay there again for sure!

The location was quiet, beautiful and offered everything a family could ask for. It’s centrally located to everything but far enough away from the chaos. There wasn’t anything for streaming or children shows but we had an iPad that helped.

A beautiful and convenient location

My family and I stayed here for a week in July. The cabin was clean, had great amenities, specifically the hot tub and pool table. The location was incredibly relaxing, not to mention its proximity to the strip in Gatlinburg. I would strongly recommend staying here. I did read reviews before booking that the parking is bad, if you’ve had your driver’s license for longer than 3 days, parking won’t be a problem for you.

The bear problem was a little unsettling. They got in one of our cars no damage. We did not leave any food in our cars. You need more lights on the front. Porch light doesn’t put out a lot light. The cabin was very nice and clean. We would rent it again.

Beautiful mountain & tree top views from the porches!

The cabin was so cozy, nice furnishings, multiple TVs, comfortable bed, gaming choices. It was too warm to use the fireplaces, sadly. And we are not hot tub fans, so didn't use. But appreciated the AC and ceiling fans! Would definitely book this property again, thank you!

This traveler arrived at 5pm and immediately called us about the neighbors noise level. There was not a party going on just normal vacation activity. We do not manage the cabin next door so we did not interact with those guests. This reviewer called later again after the Gatlinburg quiet hours ordinance about the same thing and we recommended the police to go out and investigate. There was no violation. This guest wrote this review before they had even stayed 1 night in the cabin. There are some folks whom just do not want to be pleased no matter the conditions.

Not really a veiw

This is a great property to just hang out in the cabin,altho there wasn't a very that you could see,even though the listing shows it does,(trees block veiw)

Thank you for your feedback. The pictures taken were not altered in anyway to display a view that is not present. It is possible we have had some tree growth in the last 18 months that may have impacted the view. We will check these things out and make changes if needed and possible.
