The condo was clean, nicely decorated, well maintained, and the balcony and furniture on the balcony were exceptionally. Kitchen appliances were clean and in good working condition. A washer and dryer are included in a separated washroom and were in good working order. The check-in and checkout process were easy to follow.

Beautiful property with a beautiful view. The corner unit was decorated so nice! This was a mother daughter vacation for me and my two adult daughters. We haven’t been away together alone in years and it was perfect. Even the rain was no problem. Hopefully , we can return here next year

Our room was ready early and we was allowed to check in This was very helpful because we had two young grandkids. Room was clean and pictures are accurate. Balcony was clean with lots if seating like in picture. Corner unit was excellent for views from the unit and Balcony. Host checked on us to make sure we were good. One small issue with yhe bath tub drainage and maintenance was there and issue was resolved. Thanks!

Wonderful unit that was clean and everything that was advertised. Sitting on balcony in the morning having our coffee and watching the dolphins play was fantastic. Easy access to the beach and the Gulf was great!We would definitely rent this condo again!

Lovely Place to stay

The condo was well furnished and clean. The bedding and sheets were clean and new like a hotel. The whole property had people cleaning and checking on it, very nice place to stay.

Perfect Beach Getaway !!

This place was AMAZING !! Very well kept, very beach cozy, beautiful views and very "feels like home" ! One of our favorite things was the "Guest Shell Bowl". Reading about other families and their stay was so cool. We will DEFINITELY be back to 707 !!
