Lakefront Hartwell- 3bed/2Bath cozy lakefront house/cabin - sleeps 10

Cute and cozy lakefront log cabin with master on the main and two large bedrooms upstairs. Covered front porch with swing and rockers for watching your friends play corn hole in the front yard. Lakeview screened-in porch for coffee at sunrise, puzzles or a feast for 10 at the farmhouse dining table. The whole family can take the easy 50 ft paved walk to the lake and make memories on the new, private dock with year-round deep water. Enjoy provided floats, kayak, paddle board or fishing off of the dock. If hanging by the fire warms your soul, sit around the fire pit under outdoor lighting.

Visit the garage to use the washer and dryer or stock up the extra refrigerator/freezer. Lake toys, large floating pad, corn hole, and ping pong table can be found there as well. Two TVs with YouTubeTv.

Convenient clubhouse (Foxfire Bar & Grill) within half a mile has bar, restaurant, tennis courts, olympic sized pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day) and a playground. You'll have access to the Bar & Grill for dinner and drinks Wednesday through Saturday evenings.

Clemson, Ram Cat Alley, and Walhalla within 30 minutes. House is about 90 minutes from Atlanta. Chickasaw Point golf course is less than 10 minutes away. Wal Mart, fast food, groceries, and more 9 miles away in Seneca. Waterfalls and nature hikes are close by.

The Choestoea boat ramp is a 5 minute drive and 15 minutes on water. Bring your boat or rent from Harbor Light Marina. It has good food, Tilliys tiki bar, and is about 25 minutes by car or 35 mins by boat.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Trash pickup is Wednesday morning, and trash can goes next to our neighbors mailbox (house on the left if looking from the street).
Unplug window AC units.
Please put used sheets and towels in the green container in the garage and strap the dock chairs so they don’t blow into the lake.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My family had an amazing trip to this adorable cabin. It was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We had a great time relaxing by the fire pit and spent time on the dock. We look forward to visiting again!

Family meeting place

We loved our stay. It was the perfect spot for cousins to hangout. The cabin was decorated perfectly, plenty of toilet paper, hot water and AC. The teens loved the ping pong and Lilly pad. Gorgeous views and wonderful communication with the owner.

Annual Trip to Lake Hartwell

My family and I had a wonderful time on our annual trip to Lake Hartwell! The location of the cabin was perfect! The teenagers loved the upstairs bedrooms with bathroom to have their own area and privacy. The cabin had everything that we needed. The owners were great to work with and very responsive! We enjoyed using the clubhouse and having the restaurant there to grab a quick meal. We look forward to next year!!

Exactly What We Needed!

We had a great time spending the weekend at the cabin. Check in was super easy, and the cabin and amenities were great, and the lake was gorgeous! We enjoyed spending time on the lake during the day with the pool floats, and spending the night time playing games or sitting by the fire pit. Thanks to the hosts for providing a very relaxing weekend getaway!

Perfect house for a weekend getaway

The house and amenities were excellent. We enjoyed playing with the many floats and fishing poles provided at the house. The ping pong table and screened in porch were great for any potential rain you may get. We’ll definitely be back.

Clemson Parents Weekend…

Wonderful lake house experience! Host was quick to respond to questions and very helpful! Very clean and neat. Has everything you need from cooking to family fun! We loved the dock, swimming, floating pad, and selection of floats to pick from. We hope to return for a longer stay!

Long weekend family lake trip

Communication from prior to booking all the way through the entirety of our stay was great! We all enjoyed the house, the provided lake toys, and the dock. Large screened in porch was a favorite spot all weekend. Really nice location on the lake, boat traffic near the dock was pretty low so we could play and float even on weekends. Thanks again for all your help and for letting us enjoy the home!

Memorial Day Weekend

We had a great time! Super cute house with beautiful lake view, awesome porch, lots of dining space, great toys for the lake. Swimming area is great and dock was awesome. Enjoyed the fire pit at night. We had one rainy day and explored downtown Seneca which had great shops and a brewery. We will definitely book this house again soon! The owners have done a great job making sure you have everything you need.

Beautiful log cabin on the lake

The cabin was beautiful and the host provided everything we could possibly need. Doreen was so helpful and responded right away to any questions we had. The kitchen was so well equipped and there were plenty of supplies in every room. Tons of towels for 8 people and so many things provided to enjoy the lake (paddleboard, floats, noodles). The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and extra blankets. The community was also very friendly. We went to the community pool and the neighbors provided hamburgers and hot dogs to everyone who came by on the 4th of July. We couldn't have asked for anything more.Thanks Doreen and Scott for a wonderful stay.

Family Wedding

We were in town for my sons wedding with family and this property was in an excellent location on Lake Hartwell. The owners had all the amenities for different interests. Games, puzzles, ping pong table and corn hole boards which we enjoyed with each other to relax. We look forward to returning in the summer months to enjoy the lake more. The owners thought of everything to make sure our stay here felt like being at home. Our favorite spot was the back porch looking over the lake.

Great Lake getaway

The house was big enough for our family of ten and we had a great time! There was plenty of room on the porch to relax and enjoy the lake. We fished from the pier and rented a boat from a nearby marina. It was great having the paddle board, tubes, and lake May so we could go tubing and the kids could swim in the lake. The neighborhood was quite and the neighbors we met were friendly. We saw lots of wildlife in the neighborhood! The lights were a little tricky to figure out in the living room but the house was perfect for our stay.

Amazing Lake House

I highly recommend this Lake House! It has a beautiful cabin feel with space and style of a cozy home one can really relax in. The master bedroom is very spacious and has its own access to the beautiful screened porch that flows throughout the entire back of the house. The upstairs area is huge and had plenty of room to send the kids off to their own space for sleeping or just hanging out. We particularly loved the easy flat walkway to the personal dock to enjoy the water each day while looking forward to evenings on the nicely decorated screened porch with touches that created such a pleasant ambience. The Location is on an excellent part of the lake and a nice bonus is that right around the corner is the Foxfire Grill which is a great place to grab a bite after a long day on the water. We will be back for sure!

We loved everything about the house and property. The house is beautiful and well stocked with all sorts of things to do! Our favorites were the many options to float/paddle on the lake, the ping pong table and the screened in porch which feels like a treehouse. Communication with hosts was easy! Highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Great House for fun on the lake!

Used this location for family that was visiting from out of town. There was a slight issue when they checked in but the manager/owner was so very nice and helped resolved the issue quickly. The place was great for fun on the lake and was set up to accommodate a good time! I will book this location again for family and friends! Thanks!!!!
