About this property

Picturesque classic Avalon style home in an excellent location on the beach block, 2nd from the beach and just a few blocks to Avalon s charming downtown shops, restaurants, and entertainment! This property has plenty of off-street parking so that you can just park once and enjoy the rest of your vacation! Not only is this property in an excellent location, but it also has a beautiful pool for you to enjoy in those hot Avalon summer months. This property has been lovingly maintained by the owner as their personal shore retreat and is a wonderful place to make memories. The owner has recently upgraded the kitchen to include all new Stainless Steel appliances. The first floor has two bedrooms, one with 2 sets of bunk beds and another with 2 twin beds. There is also a family room on the first floor. The second floor offers great a oceanview with a huge sun deck, a great room, kitchen ,master suite with a covered deck for shade, and an additional bedroom with hall bath! Amenities include central AC, a gas BBQ, Wifi, and all bedrooms except the Queen on the second floor, have their own TV.
