5 bedroom, 3.5 bath house with pool. First floor has 3 bedrooms; one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with 2 double beds each with a twin trundle and a full hall bathroom. Second floor is your living space with a half bath and an 85 inch TV, laundry room and fireplace. the third floor has two ensuite bedrooms; one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. Garage will have a EV charger for your use, pool table, 75 inch smart TV and an outdoor sectional. You will need in the heart of Avalon 1 block to Sune drive where along the restaurants, shops, and ice cream stores are!

Pool is open Memorial Day through September with the option to heat for an additional fee.
