The Space:
The space is open and contemporary inside with a living room with couch and comfy recliners, fireplace and big flat screen TV with Roku. The kitchen is well equipped, with a gas stove for those who love to cook. There is a full bath on the main level and a bonus room in the back. The spiral staircase leads upstairs to the large, open loft king suite with a private bath.

Guest Access:
Plenty of parking at this property in the paved driveway parking area. There is no public transportation, only a local taxi and limited Uber.

Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

The Neighborhood:
Cumberland Cove in Monterey, TN. Convenient to Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga airports. Monterey is a small town and is in between 2 larger towns, Cookeville and Crossville, TN.

Getting Around:
There is no public transportation in Monterey. There is a local taxi service and very limited Uber.

Other Things to Note:
Lots of newer upgrades in this property include a wonderful kitchen with custom cabinets, gas stove, and granite counters. There's hardwood floors in the living area and a gas log fireplace for cozy nights. The tall, open ceilings give it a nice feel and the spiral staircase leads up to the master loft and balcony area. There is a bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom on the main level, as well as a bonus room in the back which has a twin bed and sink/toilet. Sit on the large front porch and enjoy the beautiful ornamental gardens and fruit trees. There's a golf course across the street. Easy commute to Fairfield Glade, Bear Trace and Lake Tansi as well as many other scenic stops in the area.

Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information primarily intended for additional verification. Some guests may be required a security deposit (excludes Airbnb guests). A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property but we charge a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $125 per stay. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 10 PM CT to address your questions. For any food deliveries, shipt.com will deliver them all to you. The maximum sleeping capacity is 6. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability.
