This property was simply amazing. Everything from check in, cleanliness, the thoughtfulness of everything included in the stay, communication with Xaverie was first rate. And the views at this location are absolutely breathtaking!

Amazing Stay!

I knew nothing about the USVI and booked spontaneously three days before arriving. I selected this listing based on the reviews and incredible views, and it did not disappoint! I dare say that this was the best vacation rental and/or hotel I have ever experienced. The property manager (?) goes above and beyond for your stay and is extremely responsive. My main concerns were 1) Feeling Safe 2) Wifi (I had to work) 3) Coffee and bed situation, and this place delivered on everything. We really liked the resort as a whole as well. It is slightly tucked back so it feels private, the views cannot be beat, and the staff are positively lovely. We did not find it difficult at all to utilize the campus shuttle up and down the hill, and the front easily got us taxis off campus when needed. Location to Red Hook and beaches was good. The resort does need to do something about the lack of loungers at the pools (about 8 when they should have 20). We really hope that we can come back again!

We had an amazing time, beautiful place, amazing views, we stayed at one of your other units two years ago, and you never disappoint. Would highly recommend, we’ll be back again.
