Great view and location

Easy access to downtown Boone and it still offers an amazing view. They have essentially everything you need to have an awesome getaway. Very happy with the house and the customer service. Quick to respond and very hospitable. Thanks again!

The most well equipped place

This place has every convenience you need. I have never been more pleased with amenities and communication from the management. I definitely recommend. You do need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to get there especially in the winter.

Carolina Lookout

The property was nice, and clean. Unfortunately the hot tub did not work! We turned it on immediately after our arrival to ensure it time to warm up, as that was our initial plans for Friday night and Saturday after brunch. After calling and leaving a VM at 7 something Saturday morning, I then spoke with a rep around 9/10 something who assured me that it was on the board and a maintenance rep would be out that day to work on it. Maintenance never showed up, nor did we hear anything else from anyone in the office. It was a complete bummer, as the hot tub was one of the main reasons/amenities that we went with this property. Also, the Keurig was out of order.
