Relax with your loved one or family in one of LA's most sought-after neighborhoods. Just minutes away from Sunset Blvd., we are set in the beautiful Santa Monica mountains with a great view of the city and ocean. We live on a safe, secure, quiet street north of Sunset in a luxury residential neighborhood.

This is a very large studio with one queen bed and a rollout couch that sleeps two. You will have your own private entrance to come and go as you please.
It has a washer and dryer inside, kitchenette and a large bathroom + shower.

Just minutes from Sunset Blvd, 15 minutes to the beach (Santa Monica/3rd Street), 10 min to UCLA, & 20 min to Beverly Hills. Perfect place to explore the city.
The Brentwood village is about 5 minutes away with romantic and kid-friendly restaurants, cafes, and shopping.
Plenty of free parking on our street.

Fast Spectrum Wifi (300mb), Samsung LED TV with Firestick, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator are also included.

Location location location

Great hidden gem in the hills of Brentwood. Nothing fancy just the perfect spot to crash for the night after a day at the beach. Top restaurants 1 mile down the road and beach only 20 minutes away. Clean and great hosts in an exclusive neighborhood.

Brentwood

Excellent listing high in the hills of Brentwood with a peekaboo ocean view. Ben and Eli were very responsive and helpful without being intrusive. Kitchen well stocked and the washer/dryer was appreciated. Dog friendly with a nice dog park a short drive away. We will happily stay there again when next in LA

Birthday Weekend in LA

We had a great time staying at this location. We also brought our dog which Ben was excited to meet when we first arrived. We were informed about some ants getting into the building. Being very considerate, he got the placed treated with a pet friendly spray. Other then that, the place was nice, clean and quiet. Were very appreciative of Snacks and drinks that was also provided. We’d stay here again if ever visiting the area. Thank you again!
