Second stay at this house and perfect for our family of six and one 3 yr old. The property is an easy walk to shops, coffee shops, and restaurants. A beautiful spot to watch amazing sunsets is steps away; and Honeymoon Beach is a short drive up the road. Having a lovely pool on property is an added bonus. Condor’s Nest is a favorite vacation spot for our family.

We had an amazing stay and were pleasantly surprised by how much this home exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable long weekend. The pool was a fantastic bonus and quickly became one of our favorite features.The location was perfect. We were within walking distance of great shops, restaurants, and local attractions, so once we arrived, we never needed to move our cars. It made exploring the area incredibly easy and enjoyable.Katie was an exceptional host: friendly, responsive, and great to work with throughout our stay. Her communication made everything seamless from start to finish.We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would absolutely stay here again. This is the second time we have stayed at a home hosted by this owner. The house was fantastic. Super clean, all the rooms had everything we needed, and it was central to all the things Dunedin has to offer. This is definitely our “go to” place for future trips to the area.

Perfect vacation location

Great lay out for family of 2 adult children with spouses and a 2 yr old. Pool was used often and also enjoyed hot tub one evening. Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and park— easy 12 min drive to Honeymoon beach which is in good shape after fall 2024 hurricanes. All around great vacation stay!

Great experience....

We truly enjoyed the stay at this property. Close to Downtown Dunedin, Honeymoon Beach and wonderful walks along the Gulf of Mexico. We look forward to doing this again next year.

Amazing property!

This place is a gem! The property is in impeccable condition too. The owners take a lot of pride to make the stay amazing. This is our 4 year staying and every time it’s an improvement! Can’t wait to go back next year.
