We loved our stay at this lake house! Clean and well-maintained, kitchen was well-stocked, deck was lovely and all the water toys, boats and dock provided hours of family enjoyment. Would definitely rent again.
My family had an amazing time. The home is the perfect open concept and the location was unbeatable. We fished, kayaked and just enjoyed a relaxing long weekend. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Great restaurants in the area and plenty to do! We would definitely stay here again.
Amazing stay. Very comfortable home with everything you need. Nice of the owner to provide kayaks and a row boat so we could enjoy the lake. Would absolutely stay again! Thank you!
The place was very clean and the location was great. The property manager checked in on us prior to the trip and during our stay. The family enjoyed their time. The house is equipped with everything. Highly recommend.
The house and property around correspond the description. It is in reasonably good condition, slightly old and would benefit from some upgrades and better maintenance. This property is close to all main attractions and restaurants and easy to find
Amazing location and host! The house was stocked, the beds were comfortable, the lake was gorgeous with lots of offerings to use in the water. We can't wait to come back next year. Thank you, Sean!

Thank you so much Rebecca, im so glad your family had such a great time. I really appreciate you choosing my home for your vacation and you guys are welcome back anytime!
Perfect property - I mean, beautiful and close to hiking, restaurants, and nature. Great place for a family or just a romantic getaway. Sean, the host, is responsive and communicative - very helpful. The home is clean and inviting with great light and views.
This is a wonderful property. We thoroughly enjoyed kayaking, canoeing, fishing off the dock, swimming and lounging on the floating swim dock, stargazing at night, the fire pit, and watching movies on the huge LR TV. Wi-Fi was nice and strong, kitchen is fully appointed.
The location is very convenient to area attractions and hiking trails. Loved it!
The house is great - a little more space than I expected from the pictures inside, and a great location with easy access to the water, and to nearby towns. Having the kayaks and canoe were key - and the fishing was fantastic. Had our dog with us and she loved the place too. And Sean was great - communicated early and often to make sure we were ready for arrival, and checked in to make sure all was going well. Exceeded our expectations in every way.
What a great property in a great location. The inside of the house was very clean, welcoming, and comfortable. We had everything we could possibly need. The view was amazing and overall very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed using the row boat, kayaks, and the fire pit. Our kids spent hours every day fishing off of the dock and had the time of their lives. What a great and relaxing trip!

I'm so glad your family had such a wonderful time Lindsay. I really hope to host your family again. I hope you guys made memories that will last a lifetime.
Our family immediately started swimming, kayaking, and enjoying this beautiful property. The owner checked in with us frequently advising us to call if we had any concerns. House rules were clear and the checking out process was clearly spelled out. We loved our New Hampshire vacation!

Im so glad your family had a wonderful time. It was great to host you. You and your family are welcome back anytime! I hope to host your family again. You guys were excellent guests and it was my pleasure. The flowers you left were beautiful and it was heart-warming to read the note the children left.
The house was as described and had 3 well sized and well furnished bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and has a Keurig with a supply of pods.We enjoyed the lake by canoe and caught (and released) plenty of fish--bass, perch, blue gill, pickerel. The lake was quiet with only a few other canoes and one electricsmall fishing boat. The general area has plenty of decent restaurants and some nice bakeries.Everyone had a wonderful time and we look forward to renting this property again.
The secluded lake front property was within 15 miles of all the events that we were going to, host went above and beyond to accommodate us and our motorcycles
Our family - ranging in age from 3 - 70 - had a delightful, relaxed time on the beautiful and always special Lees Pond. We like the calm and serenity, while the location offers close proximity to so many other amenities of the bustling Lakes Region. We had plenty of space to spread out and the access to the water, the dock, the boat and the kayaks added to our adventures. Everyone gave very high marks to the comfort of the beds which is a real plus in rental property. The kitchen was certainly adequate and met our needs - we cooked almost all of our meals at the house. The air conditioning worked great - handling several days of very high heat and humidity. We appreciated the easy communication with Sean and hope to return to this special place
I stayed at this house with a group of friends, six of us in total. Right from the beginning, Sean - the house's owner - was very helpful and accommodating. We struggled a bit with the lock code when we got there but he went above and beyond to get us squared away. The house was very clean, quite spacious, and had excellent amenities, including a living room setup with a large TV and comfortable reclining couches that was very popular with our group. The small screen room in the back of the house has a great view and would be a nice place to step away from the crowd for a call or to take some time to read quietly. The back deck was spacious and the availability of a charcoal grill, gas grill, and smoker was a hit with our group of 20-somethings. The fire pit is a nice touch in the backyard with ample seating and a great view. Finally, the dock, kayaks, and rowboat all gave the place the lake access that we were really hoping for during our stay. All things considered it would be hard to find a better place to stay in this area.
