The bright and comfortably furnished 3-room apartment sea breeze in a spacious corner location with south-facing balcony and limited sea views is quiet on the third floor of the residence Haus Meeresblick. The exclusive complex was opened in 2013 and has direct access to the beach. The house sea view is with an elevator, an underground car park and a large wellness area with swimming pool (about 8.00 mx 4.00 m - 1.35 m deep), two saunas (a Finnish sauna / a bio-sauna) and a massage area fitted. So you can relax in every season in the house sea view.

This light-flooded and comfortable non-smoking / family apartment in corner location is located on the third floor of the residence Haus Meeresblick to the south side. From the sunny balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of the spa park to the Baltic Sea. The apartment has a spacious living / dining area, equipped with a modern kitchenette with dining table and a comfortable sofa, TV with DVD player, radio and CD player. The two separate bedrooms each have a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a walk-in shower as well as a sink and a toilet. A private parking space is located in the garage of the house. This can be used free of charge.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Dieses Feriendomizil liegt in einer perfekten Lage, alles in nächster Nähe oder mit der Bäderbahn
Die Wohnung war perfekt, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht und alles in einem Top Zustand, selbst das Geschirr war wie neu. Jederzeit wieder.
