The house is located in the middle of a listed park which is only accessible to holiday guests. The property is surrounded on all sides by the "Üselitzer Wiek", a protected natural bay in the south of Rügen.

The apartment is on the 2nd Upper floor of the manor house and is approximately 45 square meters.
