We are located just a little over a 1/2 mile to Assateague Island National Park, Chincoteague Wildlife Refuge, the infamous wild ponies & the Lighthouse. This 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath Villa sleeps 6 and features a full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, dishes and drinkware, toaster, coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and oven. To make your trip to paradise even easier, we've included bed and bath linens, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap. Your Villa provides 2 parking spaces.

Complimentary washers & dryers are located on property. Heated indoor pool is open April thru November.

Good location, walkable to many restaurants.

A good place for family stay. Need some updates on kitchen cabinets, stove. No TV in the bedroom. The TV in lobby is very small. Sofa seems clean. Very convenience.

Suggestion. You might want to warn handicapped and seniors about the stairs outside and to bedrooms. Need handicapped accessibility.

Ghastly smell. Gross mattresses. Bed bugs. This place came highly rated on Expedia and wasn’t cheap. I don’t trust Expedia ratings any more.

Very satisfied and thankful.

Our family was very satisfied with our stay. Our truck had some issues. We had to have it towed. Manager did not have a problem with us having it towed there. He also offered to help call around the next morning to find a garage. I really don't know what we would of done especially if they would not of left us have it towed there. Will be returning in summer of 2023.
