Golf Course Villa - Bonavista - The Perfect Golf & Beach Getaway!

Bonavista...our golf course villa is located right on the 10th fairway, about 400 ft from the Clubhouse. A bright, newly renovated property that has room for 6 guests, is just minutes walk from the number one beach in the world, Grace Bay Beach. The gated, Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Course is within walking distance to many of the shops, restaurants, resorts & spas.

For your use at the beach, we have 6 beach chairs, a cooler bag and beach umbrella as well as beach/pool towels.

Bonavista is located in a very quiet, residential community on the golf course and is only a couple of minutes walk to the clubhouse which features a restaurant, bar and pro shop. The pool, which is shared only with the Golf Club Villas, is just steps from the screened porch. Stroll to the beach, book a golf lesson, play a round or relax by the pool...this property offers so many convenient options for everyone in your party.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family with two young children. They were able to comfortably sleep in their own beds and in a dark room (there is nothing worse than little kids waking up at 5 am with the sun). The property had everything a family needs—a washer/dryer, full kitchen, comfortable living area, and a screened-in porch with a swinging hammock chair. They even had 5 gallons of water with a cooler. We discovered there is a restaurant with breakfast at the golf club - two minutes from the property, and Flamingo Beach is within walking distance. Car rental is highly recommended, though, since Grace Beach and other larger beaches are about a mile away from the property or further (as in Sapodilla Beach), and so are the grocery store and other restaurants. Car rental also provides flexibility to do more around TCI. The property provides beach towels and bath towels. Two things that the owner should do to enhance the stay are provide darker curtains for the master bedroom and a vacuum since sand is inevitable after a day of beach. There is a broom and mop, but a vacuum would have been much easier. Other than that, this is definitely a great property.

Excellent Stay!

The place met our needs well. It’s a beautiful place annd was stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and towels, cleanliness, outdoor space, and the pool. The provisioning also exceeded our expectations as it was timely and had everything we requested. The only negative was we would have appreciated darker shades in the master bedroom. It was quite bright early in the morning.

Excellent property

This was a perfect place for our family of 4 to stay. Full kitchen with all kitchenware to make meals. Large living dining and lanai area. Washer/dryer got lots of use with swimming every day. Luis, the manager was very helpful. We had a flat tire on our rental car and he went above and beyond to get it fixed. There were small thoughtful things in this property that I have not had in others. Lots of extra towels, extra toiletries, tide pods for washing. Some snacks and a bottle of wine. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Definitely would recommend!
