The living room and sunroom have plenty of seating for guests or for a couple to lounge and relax. The bedroom has room for a sitting area and a king size bed. This villa is within 15 minutes walk or a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Turtle Point Golf Course, The Sanctuary, and East Village Town Market are all within a 5-10 minute walk or bike ride for ease. You are positioned steps from the bike path for enjoyment of all of the activity Kiawah has to offer. End unit is peaceful and quiet.
