Happiness is a new apartment in maisonette style, which was completed in 2017. The cozy maisonette charm distinguishes this great apartment and enchants with 2 balconies with south-west orientation.

Of course, you should not do without your loyal four-legged friend even on vacation. The beautiful beach promenade invites you to take long walks. Timmendorfer Strand, Niendorf and Scharbeutz / Haffkrug have beautiful dog beaches where your dog can let off steam.

The apartment is about 10 minutes walk from the beach. The city center of the fashionable Timmendorfer Strand is only a few minutes' walk away.

The apartment offers 3 rooms for 4 guests and pure relaxation in a central location. On the lower level is the living room with an open kitchen. From here you have access to the first balcony with a garden table and four chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Furthermore, the dining area offers space for 4 people. A staircase leads to the upper area, where there are two bedrooms. The spacious, first bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide) with access to the second balcony with garden loungers. In the second bedroom there are two single beds (each 0.90 wide) and storage options. The modern shower room with toilet completes the apartment. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment creates an additional feel-good atmosphere. Electric shutters offer comfortable sleeping comfort.

Einfach mal kurz abtauchen...dafür war die Fewo in Timmendorfer Strand genau richtig. Ein sehr schönes Objekt, sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Gerne wieder.

Bei Ankunft erstmal Bad gesäubert. Es war sehr kalt...noch nicht mal die Heizung vorgewärmt.

Ich würde die Wohnung nicht mehr mieten. Kein Licht am Bett! Kleines Schlafzimmer sehr ungemütlich. Wohnung recht laut und keine schöne Aussicht.

Ferienwohnung Glücksgefühl

Die Wohnung war top, sehr sauber und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Super waren die 2 Terrassen. Wir waren zu dritt da, zu viert wäre uns die Wohnung grenzwertig zu klein. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Für unsere Fahrräder stand ein abschließbarer Schuppen zur Verfügung. Einziger Kritikpunkt: durch die Umgehungsstraße war es teilweise sehr laut.

Schöne Ferienwohnung für Familien

Es ist eine schöne Ferienwohnung für maximal 3-5 Tage. Die Wohnung war sauber aber man hat gemerkt das sie häufig vermietet wird.Kleine Flecken auf dem Sofa und leicht verunreinigte Besteckteile waren vorzufinden jedoch nicht weiter schlimm. Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt

Schöne Ferienwohnung, gut ausgestattet, modern eingerichtet

Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir eine schöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Zum Strand ca 10 Min. Fußweg. Schön wäre noch ein zusätzlicher Wäschettockner/Wäscheständer. Die vorhanden Trocknungsmöglichkeiten reichen für 4 Personen im Strandurlaub kaum aus. Auch sollten alle Polstermöbel nach Tierurlaub gründlich abgesaugt werden, leider waren noch Hundehaare von den Vormieter vorzufinden. Aber an sich ein schöne Urlaubsunterkunft.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten drei schöne und erholsame Tage in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist top, zu Fuß ist alles schnell erreichbar und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Der Vorbewertung hinsichtlich der Lichtquellen kann ich nur zustimmen, gerade der Essbereich ist leider sehr dunkel. Hier könnte eine zusätzliche (Steh-)Lampe Abhilfe schaffen :) Wir können die Wohnung insgesamt guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!

Raumwunder

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, sie ist modern, gut ausgestattet und ein echtes Raumwunder. Der Aufzug ist gerade mit Kinderwagen top. Die Fußbodenheizung macht es angenehm warm. Wlan war stabil. Die Wohnung könnte allerdings besser ausgeleuchtet sein. Gerade wenn es draußen früh dunkel wird, wären ein paar mehr Lichtquellen wünschenswert. Die Grundsauberkeit war in Ordnung, die Fenster, Deko und einige Ecken auch in Schränken könnten ein bisschen mehr Zuwendung gebrauchen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist in Ordnung. Man ist zu Fuß verhältnismäßig schnell im Ort, am Supermarkt und auch am Strand. Bei geschlossenem Fenster stört die Umgehungsstraße nicht, bei offenen wäre ich mir da nicht sicher. Rolläden sind vorhanden und wertige Plissees. Letzte schützen vor möglichen Blicken der Nachbarn. Uns hat es insgesamt gut gefallen. Wir können eine Empfehlung aussprechen.
