Great Place and Great Neighborhood

Quiet stay close to state parks

We enjoyed our time at this large, well-equipped house in a quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed to make breakfast each morning. The beds and couch were comfortable for relaxing after a long day of hiking. It was nice to be able to do laundry as well. Great place to stay while visiting area state parks.

Great Stay in Quiet Neighborhood

Stayed here with my family and couldn't have been more pleased. There was plenty of room for my family of 5 plus, plus my parents. House was exceptionally clean. Would definitely recommend.

Nice home in Baxter, TN

We loved our stay. The home is close to many waterfalls and we kayaked the Caney. The host was excellent and communicated very well and answered all of our questions. I would recommend this place to anyone. Pet friendly. Fenced in back yard.

Beautiful houses

Thus house was beautiful. It was large enough for both families to gather in the living room and the dining room. The huge fenced backyard was perfect for the kids.

The house was perfect for 6 of us to stay for our sister's wedding in Baxter! The amenities were great, comfy beds, and nice big yard. The only issues were that the water temperature was lukewarm - never seemed to get hot enough - and as we checked out the owner or property manager watched from the street to make sure we left exactly on time which was a little weird. But overall a wonderful stay!
