Loved the deck and the beach being so close. Would have liked the ceiling fans to work without the lights being turned on. Place was clean and kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils and cookware.

The kitchen has everything you could need, the house was clean and the air-conditioning was nice and cold. The management was very responsive and always answered promptly. I liked how you are able to drive right onto the beach which was not super crowded. The check out was super easy. Thank you for a great spring break!

Both showers were completely clogged upon arrival. My son is licensed plumber and took care of it. Stove lg left burner did not work. Dishwasher was unstable. Stair case very narrow. Not enough towels for bath or kitchen. Location was good for surf fishing. Host was slow to respond. I've stayed at several places in Galveston and this was my least favorite and not a good bang for the buck. Pics were a little deceiving.

Great house! Great location!

Perfect house for an overnight stop for a large family the night before our cruise left Galveston Clean, updated, cool AC, cute little splash pool! Loved every minute of our stay!!

Great Stay for our College Ministry Fall Retreat

Great stay!!

This stay was wonderful stay but with the older guest it was hard for some to get in the bunk beds but we made it work...the setup is for about 6 adults and the rest kids and teenagers...but gun was had by all!!!

House was great especially when traveling with children! We let the kids (ages 8-22) have the bottom floor and adults slept on the top floor. House had all the essentials! We rented a golf cart (ricks beach rentals) to go back and forth to the beach which was less than a 5 minute drive! Great area!
