Weekend getaway

The house was more spacious than the photos seemed. Very clean, on a quite family friendly neighborhood. That part of Glendale is the nice area so we felt safe. Easy check in process. The pool was a nice bonus

The Property

The pool and pool area was in unsatisfactory condition very dirty we spent hours cleaning debris out of pool. Our host was unaware of pool condition. Contacted her and she took care of it. After cleanup the pool was nice and refreshing.

Great home

The home is beautiful and looks to have been recently remodeled. The family room is huge and open and flows right into the kitchen. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and very clean. Just about everything looks brand new! Being able to use the garage for our cars was a welcome feature too. We did not use the pool but it looked refreshing. The location of Glendale was perfect for our needs. Glendale itself is not the most posh area that Phoenix has to offer, so your perception may vary. If you are looking for somewhere fancy near nice restaurants and shopping, this probably isn't it. But, a trip to nicer areas is a 10-15 minute drive and not an issue. The location was perfect for our needs. During our nightly walks around the neighborhood, we were routinely greeted with "hello's" and waving from neighbors, so everyone was very nice. The only issue with our stay was the showers; we couldn't get the temperature just right to where we like it. The hosts responded within 15 minutes at all times of day and were very accommodating!
