If your family is visiting KC or if your'e just looking for the perfect family stay-cation, then look no further. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home sleeps 7-10 persons comfortably with an open floor plan and plenty of space. It features a beautiful newly renovated private swimming pool on a 3/4 acre lot with manicured landscaping, and ample patio furniture for enjoying time in the sun and around the pool. There is plenty of space for the kids to play in the back yard or up front in the quiet cul-de-sac, plus they will love 1/4 Court Basketball area with 10ft goal, playing pool volleyball (supplied), or playing ping pong in the finished basement. The pool deck with two umbrella tables and outdoor BBQ grill are perfect for family birthday parties or reunions. Major highway access is only 5 minutes away and most of the sought after Kansas City attractions such as The Plaza, Legends Racetrack, Arrowhead Stadium & Worlds of Fun theme parks are within a 15-30 minute drive.

We enjoyed staying at The Janes Pool House. It is a lovely and well taken care of home, and perfect for our family trip to the KC area. The backyard with the pool was a hit with our kids and my sister and brother in law enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Everything is pretty clean and the house has everything you may need, from charcoal, board games, pool toys, plenty of towels, cooking essentials, coffee, and more. Shaymond was very quick to respond to our inquiry as well.

The home was very clean and well stocked with supplies to enjoy the beautiful pool and outdoor space. We had our annual vacation with our grandkids, ages 7,8,9,10 and they loved it. We played pool volleyball, soccer and basketball in the yard and made s'more'. We enjoyed interesting conversations in the hot tub. We fixed family breakfasts and dinners making full use of the large island. We were close to all the things KC has to offer and enjoyed suggestions left by the host.

Stayed with our family of 5. Property was as described and met all of our needs. We had absolutely zero issues before, during or after our stay. We utilized the pool a LOT during the week of extreme heat warnings, which is the primary reason we picked this property, so it worked out perfectly. The backyard shade kept us cooler as well. House was stocked with everything we needed and was very clean. Would stay again if we ever decide to go back to KC.

We loved this property! It had everything we needed and more - games, extra blankets and towels, pool toys, balls, kitchen essentials, and pantry staples. More importantly, it was super clean, which is always most important for us. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, layout of the house, helpful hints and great communication from the owner, location of the property, and nice touches in the home. Highly recommend!

The pool and the hot tub hit the spot. It was a hot couple days, so some wasps in the area kept landing in the pool. Otherwise, not much to complain about overall. The house fit our needs well for the 4 adults and 2 kids in our party.

Perfect Vacation

We came to KC for a short family vacation and a chance to see family. The house was perfect for our family of five and the location was great for all the places we visited. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

We are the Janes Family and we would like to welcome you to our family pool house. We are life long residents of Kansas City and currently live just 15 minutes away in Overland Park, KS. My dad built this home for our family when I was just two years old and I grew up here. My brother and I inherited the home when our mom passed in 2014, and I recently remodeled both the home and swimming pool in spring of 2022. We have lots of great memories here as a family and we are excited for you to be able to make your own memories and share in the fun that we have had over the years.
