We love staying at this property, this particular unit does need some up dating but otherwise it was clean. Donna was great to work with, we had one issue and she responded immediately and stayed in contact to make sure it was fixed. Exceptional lady!

WE BOOKED THIS PROPERTY AT THE LAST MINUTE THROUGH VRBO. WE WERE VERY SURPRISED TO GET A GREAT RESERVATION LIKE WE DID. WE WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK. Since we are 78 we did not enjoy the activities even though there were many different things to do. Pool and grounds are beautiful.

Our family had a great stay. Property was clean, parking was a breeze, conveniently located to everything you could ever want or need. Minutes from the beach, private access, free beach setup with availability to add more if necessary and a quiet, friendly, gated community. Only negative thing was the pump for the pool broke and we weren’t able to utilize the pool for multiple days during our stay. Even at checkout, the pool was still noted to be “closed.” Overall a great property and we look forward to returning.

Perfect Beach Access Location

The Mediterranea property was phenomenal. Condo was wonderful. Entry and coordinating with property manager couldn't have been easier. Access to the beach with two beach chairs and beach umbrella was fantastic. Absolutely must location.

Love, Love, Love this condo.

Perfect location for walking to everything from dinner, breakfast, shopping and steps from the beach!! Wonderful condo with extremely comfortable beds! We’ve been going to Florida for years and this was by far our favorite simply due to the view of the beach and steps to everything we love here! Donna was absolutely wonderful when we reached out! Lovely Property

This property was wonderful! This was our third year staying in Miramar Beach! The added chair and umbrella was a nice touch at the beach. The pool was warm, regardless of the outside temperature! When returning, we will see if this property is available! Host was easy to get ahold of and provided great instructions!

Condo with a view

This property is beautiful. Beautiful view of the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. Awesome sunsets! Conveniently located. Balcony off both bedroom s and one off living area. Convenient parking. Beautifully decorated. Modern appliances. Only recommendation I would make is there needs to be more glassware.

October 2022

The condo is very nice. Not many glass so do like we did and bring your own not a problem. Beds sleep good. We’re unable to use the hot tub as it was dirty. The walk across the street in October was easy and the pool is great for the children.
