Plus, other popular restaurants and the Wawa are within walking distance. Community amenities at Stewards Watch include an outdoor pool, tennis courts, and dock access to a beautiful canal with a kayak/canoe launch if you want to explore by water.

Artful touches and antiques make the entire space feel comfortable and personal. Start the day on the screened porch with a cup of coffee, then head inside to the well-equipped kitchen, which features a full suite of appliances and ample counter space, to whip up a meal - or just some toast with the adorable retro-inspired toaster. Dine together at the table for six, and then head out to explore. When you return, settle in on the sectional for a family movie night, or play a friendly round of Ms. Pac-Man on the arcade-style game. Head off to bed in one of three comfortable bedrooms upstairs, dreaming of another perfect vacation day tomorrow.

Beach Vacation

Our kids liked all the antique kind of stuff this house had, like the music pac man arcade machine that worked. It was close enough to the beach for us to walk to and a quiet development. All the bedrooms are upstairs which isn't a bad thing but our parents like to have the bottom floor bedroom.

Great place and location

Just stayed here with my teenage girls and her friends. It was honestly a great place to stay and a great location and I would highly recommend it. We walked to the beach every day and it was nice that it was also close to things like Wawa and pizza. There’s a tennis/Pickleball court and a pool, which is great. There’s no sign-up sheet for the Pickleball so you just have to wait your turn, but it’s no big deal. We had everything we needed a great night sleep because the beds were comfortable We will be back!

We rented this place because it was close to the other two that we rented for this week. We loved the bedrooms, open concept design and back screened in porch. Reasonable walk/bike ride to the beach.

House is well situated, clean. Fans are a little outdated, the pull chains hitting the light fixtures kept waking us up. Dishwasher wasn't emptied when we arrived. Construction was going on in the connected duplex during our entire stay, so we couldn't sleep in or watch tv at a normal volume. The contractors also set up a sawing work station behind our house so I couldn't sit and read on the screened in porch during the day.

Everything was clean except for the screened in porch. Glass table I do not think was cleaned. Very dirty. In the master bed room I could not reach the fan chain and it did not turn on at the wall switch. We had to call about trash bags and there were none. Had to use recycle bags.

Perfect for us. Everything needed to manage a 4 day stay was available, even the Old Bay seasoning I forgot to bring was there!! The price made it possible. We hope to return next year. When do we need to reserve for the same date in 2024?

Convenient and Adequate

This hit all of the priorities we needed for events we were attending. If you were going to be there primarily, it may be cramped especially for children. It was close to the beach for both the wedding, and an evening concert, Salted Vines Vineyard, for the reception, and grocery store. It is a well-lived in space, so we were comfortable and at ease.

Nice place but had no grill and could not use the pool because fob was upgraded. Call property management and was told they would call us back . No return call for over a day but when we went to the office they were very helpful and gave us a new fob in minutes.

We really enjoyed staying here!

This townhouse is a little less than a mile walk to the sand, convenient to Bethany Boardwalk and nearby restaurants. About a 1 minute walk to the community pool and tennis courts, short walk to the dock if you want to catch crabs or go kayaking. It wasn't really a problem, but the kitchen equipment could use an updated inventory - lots of stuff but missing a few key pieces, like a frying pan in good shape (scratched nonstick is not safe) and a baking sheet. Also, it seemed that the washer would only work with hot water no matter what temperature we selected. None of this took away from our vacation, but it would be great if this were updated for next year (we want to come back!).

Just wanted to let you know I plan to say the following in my review. Overall the house was clean when we arrived. To start on positives. We really liked the location being so close to the pool and screened in porch. On the negatives. We were expecting a private grill at the house (which now the listing has been updated to not include a private grill). This was disappointing considering we planned to grill the majority of our stay. We were only given a very small amount of money back for it. The kitchen table wobbled extremely bad to the point that could not set our drinks on it. We ended up having to use cardboard to make it sturdy. The kitchen chairs had to be tightened multiple times throughout our stay. The screws kept backing out. Luckily we found the Allen wrench for the chairs so we could retighten and assemble them. These basic items are the reason give this place a poor rating.

Wonderful Family Beach Rental!

We are a family of four with a 7 and 9 year old. This was the perfect place for us. There was plenty of space for everyone and it was very clean and comfortable. We loved that the bedding and towels were included and so many thoughtful touches were included. The closet on the screened in porch had beach chairs, beach toys, rafts and more. I forgot my shampoo and conditioner and in addition to the little samples provided, there were extras provided too. The pool was a very short walk away and it was so clean. There’s a covered area if needed, bathrooms and an outdoor shower to rinse off. We spent many hours there. Instead of driving to the beach and dealing with parking, we walked the 4 minutes to the trolly stop and paid the quarter per personneach way and the kids loved it. You don’t want to do this if you are on a time crunch though. It’s a very relaxed way to get around. Here are some of the things our family loved….Barn Hill preserve is nearby and we got to play with kangaroos, a snake, hedgehog, otter and more. Also, the Millville Boardwalk was a favorite spot for our family. We took the kids to a glow party 1 night and there was a band the next night. Also at the Millville Boardwalk is the Agape creamery, which had amazing ice cream and our fav was “Local Coffee” and the mini golf and arcade were great too. Our favorite restaurant was the Good Earth restaurant, which has delicious food and atmosphere. We also checked out Fenwick Island Boardwalk, but were pretty disappointed compared to Millville. The arcade was sad, the mini golf was OK and they did have go carts, but it has a very small track.
