For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (8 x 15 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Public parking on the road. Grocery, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Los Alicate" 900 m, sandy beach 200 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Alles erop en eraan
Prima accommodatie met alles erop en eraan. Van buiten oogt het wat minder maar het is een prima, compleet ingericht huis. Een huurauto vonden wij wel een must want het is wat ver van het centrum gelegen. Maar supermarkt, strand en restaurants zijn ook op loopafstand te vinden

Heel fijn huis, ruim opgezet, schoon, volledig ingericht .Goede contacten met de managers. Rustig, het is een huis in een rijtje van 4 , volledig omheind, alleen via een poort kun je binnen, dus heel veilig. Mooi zwembad.

Estancia correcta
La casa es un adosado amplio. Las fotos se corresponden con la realidad. Mobiliario un poco antiguo quizás y por debajo de nuestro estándar de limpieza (tuvimos que meter un repaso a todo). Piscina comunitaria y cerca de la playa (bajando la calle menos de 10 minutos andando). Fácil de aparcar (al menos en septiembre) y zona tranquila. Salvo detalles, estancia correcta.

Grate place for family
Good location. Equiped with beach umbrella and chairs. There is swimming pool, but nor for babies. Outside parking places are available. Beach side is OK there.
