PROPERTY AMENITIES
Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans Throughout, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Iron & Ironing Board, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.

*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival

Beware

After driving hours to come enjoy our vacation, we had to go buy cleaning supplies, to clean the unit. The floors were disgusting and nothing was wiped down or cleaned properly. They charge extra $120 to provide linens and $30 up-charge if you want them to make beds at check-in. The dryer did not work majority of our stay and the hallway bathroom started leaking from the top unit - flooding our unit, with a disgusting odor. Beware, the beach views are beautiful but this property is not (until it is cleaned and maintained properly).
