Relax on the large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub, outdoor kiddie pool. Parking is located in the same building as the unit and provides the guest with 2 spots. Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My parents live in this building so we have always rented a condo when we visit them. Overall i would describe this unit as just okay. Some areas of the unit have looked like they have been updated but others are in need of repair. Noticed some spots on the walls and ceilings that looked to have mold growth and was just painted over. The dehumidifier was constantly running and super loud, all of us got sinus colds after leaving and just wasnt ideal. The kitchen was super limited in what was provided, I know its a rental unit but just for a very little amount of money spent this could be more of a convenient stay for the renters with certain items being already provided. But the views are stunning and the Condo building is a great location and the rental company was very helpful with check in and check out. I would %100 rent in this condo building again and with this rental company but just not this unit until some upgrades and attention was paid to it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit had stainless appliances, comfortable beds, and laminate floors. The cleaning company did a poor job as we had sand in our bed, goldfish crackers on the floor under the sofa, and gummy bear package on the floor. The dishwasher had not been run prior to our arrival. After we cleaned the unit we had an enjoyable stay. The unit was not stocked as well as others we have stayed in but we made it work.

Will not stay at Royal Garden Resort again

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Number 1114 was not a good place. I went to the Seabreeze rental office to ask to be moved. 1114 was drabby, dingy and dirty. I bought a new comforter to use. Their bedspread had a type of unknown ccrud on it. The towels and washcloths were thinned and stained so I bought new towels alo at the local Belk. I showed photos to Seabreeze and was assured a $200 or more refund would be given to us. The two chairs on the balcony were very nice.The shower curtain was white and dirty. We did enjoy the balcony. I never sat on the dumpy dirty living room furniture.

Ac did not work good it never got cool enough for it to cut off any. Needs to be worked on. Someone installed the two twin beds box springs wrong side up. So they did not lay good. Stainless Appliances fronts where dirty because they use wrong cleaner. The two Couches were old and wore out. Overall it was ok hopefully we will rent a different room if we stay there again.

Pros: Easy check in and out, onsite parking, beautiful view. Cons: Floors had been swept only and not cleaned, so they were really dirty; water from washer backs up into BR sink, small hall bathroom has no place to put anything and plugs will not stay in outlets. Small kitchen with little counter space.

Old and renovations needed

We would not consider staying at this property again. Two of the three elevators were in working order during full capacity with no vacancies. The condo smelled and was not well cleaned. There was sand and hair in our sheets when we arrived and we had to wash them before sleeping. The accommodations were old and drab. The lighting was poor and there were outlets that did not work. There were dust bunnies all over. Every time we use the washing machine it would spit sand into the sink in the primary bathroom. All of the baking pans were rusty. We come to SC regularly to vacation and tried something new, we won’t make that mistake again.

Clean but property needs updating

Property was clean but dated and in need of renovating. Kitchen is minimally upfitted for immediate use with scanty cookware. The view and access to beach is great and as described, with new rockers on the patio a plus. This unit serves that purpose and is fine when you have no plans to spend much time inside.
