About the host
Hosted by Geoffrey Bickford

We (Geoff and Kat) own several short term rentals in this area. Our full time job is real estate either rehabbing, tending to our rentals, finding new ones or networking with other investors. If you need something you will find yourself at the top of our list.
We are both military brats and enjoy traveling and meeting new people. We enjoy strategy games, the outdoors, hiking and camping.
One or both of us have been a bee keeper, teacher, handymen, software developer, EOD officer, painter, tutor, investor, hard-money lender and more.

Why they chose this property
We try to stay within a couple of zip codes for our places because we like to be near them, but Murray Hill is our favorite. It has a historic yet open feel to the neighborhood and we know this is a gem you will enjoy.
What makes this property unique
We love the historic feel of the building itself. Brick and siding, hardwood floors, large covered front porch, telephone shelf between the sides (sealed off but still there). A little bit of history. We think it is a craftsman house.
