This cozy home is well maintained with new kitchen appliances, brand new furniture, heated pool and amenities throughout. Including the dining room table that can also be turned into a ping pong table or pool table. Property sleeps up to 8-10 people comfortably.

If you are considering booking for a larger group please note the bedding situation for close to and at max capacity in the listing. Also, if you'd like to use the pool heater in the winter it's an additional $10 per day

Excellent Rental.

The property was exactly what I was looking for. The pool is plenty large enough for multiple children and the deep end of 7 feet was a plus. The house was extremely clean and maintained very well. Good stock of plates, cups, glasses, pots and pans. Enough silver wear to host my two children’s families. Very close to the beach and fabulous restaurants! Overall wonderful rental property!!! I will definitely be back!!!

Great place to relax!

Very relaxing place, family enjoyed the stay very much. Loved that the neighborhood is quiet and yet not too far from grocery etc. Communication with owner was excellent.

Lovely get away

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. Our daughter enjoyed the pool and we had fun playing billiards and ping pong. Great location in a beautiful home!

Beautiful house, not so clean

There was bugs (mostly dead, but some alive), blood and a white/clear, hard liquid left behind on the sheets, there was even a cond*m wrapper still in the sheets, mold and used coffee left in the keurig, pet hair, and some broken or unavailable amenities. A recent storm broke part of the bug net over the pool prior to our arrival, which was fixed during our stay but the repair men showed up without notice while my family was in the pool so it was a nuisance. A 10% refund was offered but never received. Overall, I enjoyed the stay but the lack of cleanliness and consideration from the host did impact my overall review on their property.

Perfect weekend getaway and location!

I definitely would give this place a 5 Star rating! The house had all the extra towels, blankets, coffee, air fryer, wash to do laundry, etc. Overall very satisfied with the stay here. Only 1 thing that was a struggle was the refrigerator, the freezer door would not stay closed shut. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again! Thanks for having us :)

Great family getaway

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and nice new smelling at our arrival which was very welcoming. The house design and beach style decoration is perfect. The kitchen was super well equipped, including all types of utensils, kitchenware and basic condiments. A lot of bedding and bath/ pool towels are provided. The communication was great, John was helpful and answered quickly to our concerns/ requests. Thank you!

Like at home and better!!

I would like to thanks John for sharing his house with us. The time spent in his house was wonderful!! We felt like at home and better. Our group, which included grandpas, middle age adults, kids and toddler enjoyed the days at South Gulf Cove. We highly recommend this house to any friend and we would like to repeat. First of all, the cleaning has 5+. I really appreciated the details in each room because of my little kids went directly to play on the floor but everything was neat and clean. The house has everything you need: bedding linen, towels (shower towels and beach towels), kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, laundry.. nothing was missing. The communication with John was excellent, he responded in less than 10 minutes to any message or clarification. The house is really spacious, bedroom are really comfortable, the couch with the bed in the small Livingroom is perfect as a room, so I will count that as a 4th room, in case you family is big as mine. We all fit in the house perfectly. The pool has another 5+, the whole family enjoyed it!! Thank you for the cooler, the beach umbrella and the toys to play in the sand, my children really appreciate those. The house is about 10 minutes from stores as Publix, Walmart and others and 20 minutes from Englewood Beach, the beach is awesome!! it has picnic areas, barbecue, restaurants and live music in some of these places... paradise!! Boca Grande Pass, another beautiful area with parks, small town and beaches, it's about 20 minutes as well. Just amazing !!
