Brand new location that is 15 minutes from Boca Grande. Perfect place for the entire family to get away and enjoy all the beauty that Southwest FL offers. Come enjoy the beach, golf, nature and for the opportunity for the entire family to relax, play and explore.
This cozy home is well maintained with new kitchen appliances, brand new furniture, heated pool and amenities throughout. Including the dining room table that can also be turned into a ping pong table or pool table. Property sleeps up to 8-10 people comfortably.
If you are considering booking for a larger group please note the bedding situation for close to and at max capacity in the listing. Also, if you'd like to use the pool heater in the winter it's an additional $10 per day
