Comfortable 2-bedroom apartment "Seenelke" in the Friesenresidence with about 48 square meters on 1 level (ground floor) for up to 4 people (Well-being occupancy: maximum 2 adults). In central location in the district of Bad in St. Peter-Ording. All shops and restaurants of the spa center are within walking distance. Enjoy your vacation with two balconies. Dogs are welcome.

Living room with pull-out (sleep) sofa (140x200cm), 2 armchairs, large TV (cable), Sony Playstation 3, stereo compact system (with Bluetooth), wardrobe and dining table with 3 chairs. Direct access to the furnished balcony to the southwest with views of the Kurwäldchen. Open kitchen with hob with 2 burners, microwave with grill, dishwasher and fridge freezer. No oven.

Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200cm) and Herrendiener.

Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet and hair dryer.

Next to the house entrance is a small terrace to the northeast. Underground parking space (max. Height 190cm, width 230cm) and covered Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten available. Shared sauna available. Washer and dryer for a fee. Free Wi-Fi.

The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking is not permitted.

Last renovation: February 2018.

NOTE: at this domicile will be from 3. Person charged a rental surcharge of 10 euros per night for each additional person.

Wohnung viel zu dunkel und zu klein

Die Agentur hätte offen kommunizieren sollen, dass die Wohnung sehr dunkel ist und stets nur mit künstlichem Licht genutzt werden kann. Zudem war die einzige Couch in der Wohnung sehr ungemütlich!!

Gut gelegen.

Insgesamt gut, leider eine Lampe im Bad sowie die Abdeckung der Dunstabzugshaube defekt und das Laken vom Schlafsofa fleckig, was nicht so optimal ist, weil man das nicht dabei hat.
