This single storey villa is located in a quiet urbanization about 3 km from the LEVANTE beach. The house faces south and the terrace offers a beautiful view and sea views. Shops, bars and restaurants can be found within a radius of 2 km.

The 120 square meter house has 2 double bedrooms, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom with tub, a living room with open kitchen and dining area, pantry and a glazed terrace.
The 1,500 square meter property is beautifully landscaped and planted. On the side of the house is the large barbecue area. Around the 10m x 5m pool with stairs is the free terrace. A solar outdoor shower is also available. In front of the house, within the closed property, there is a parking space.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans la villa Jeannette, qui est très propre, pratique et fonctionnelle. Elle est très bien située à 5 mns en voiture des commerces et centre ville. La piscine est superbe l'espace autour de la maison est exceptionnel. L’intérieur est très propre et bien entretenu Je vous la conseille les yeux fermés.

Heerlijk huis met alles er op en er aan.

Een ruim en compleet huis. Heerlijk groot en goed onderhouden zwembad. Minpuntje vonden wij de weg die er naast ligt en waar best veel verkeer langs komt. De eerste paar dagen reden er cementwagens en bouwverkeer af en aan wat best storend was. Waarschijnlijk gewoon pech en voor ons geen reden om dit huis niet nog een keer te huren.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison où tout est fait pour se sentir chez soi. Équipement complet jusqu’ moindre détail ( sauf peut être le micro ondes ) il y a de l’espace dans la maison et en dehors, la piscine est de belle taille et le quartier très calme. Pour nous une maison proche de la perfection pour nos critères et nous voudrions y revenir une prochaine fois.
