A small temporary home - for couples and small families

In this spacious 1-room apartment you can stay relaxed on 42 square meters. It is also perfect for long stays or couples with a small child.

The 1-room apartment with kitchenette is equipped for 2 people. It has a dining area, a living and sleeping area with modern furnishings, a daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. Cooking and eating utensils, microwave, stove, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, flat screen TV, toaster, iron and ironing board, board games, books and hair dryer are available. W-Lan inclusive. Towels, bed linen and final cleaning are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Smoking in the apartment and throughout the building is prohibited. A baby travel bed is available on request for € 5, - per stay.

Our apartments are located in the 1. Stock of a storage building rebuilt in 2010 in the Speicherquartier Lüneburg, whose character was preserved during the renovation. The building also houses the STOREHOUSE Coffee Shop & Bistro. You have the possibility to use the offer of breakfast, lunch, coffee and cake during the opening hours.

Public, free parking is available in front of the building. The house also has an elevator.

The Speicherquartier is centrally located in the Hanseatic city of Lüneburg. Quiet and green, it is only a few minutes walk to the city center, the train station and various shops. The connection to the HVV, it is by train or by car not far to Hamburg.

Feels like home

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und die Lage war für uns perfekt. Wir werden es garantiert wieder buchen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch noch das Speicherhaus-Café im selben Objektiv. Tolles Frühstück, Kaffee und Kuchen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden…Schön wäre noch ein kleiner Akkusauger. Die Wohnung liegt recht zentral. Man ist schnell am Alten Kran mit vielen Lokalitäten. Das kleine Café im Speicherhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr nette Leute.

Schöne kleine Wohnung

Schöne kleine Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Ca 20 Min zu Fuß in die Stadt. Alles vorhanden was man so braucht sowohl in Küche als auch im Bad. Für einen Kurztripp in die wunderschöne Stadt sehr zu empfehlen. Kostenloser Parkplatz und Aufzug vorhanden

Kurzurlaub in Lüneburg

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung 11 im Speicherhaus sehr wohl gefühlt! Sie war sehr modern, gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet! Auch war es ruhig und nicht hellhörig! Der Parkplatz, der zu der Wohnung gehört, lag direkt vor der Haustür! Bis zum Zentrum musste man ca. 20 Minuten laufen; es war aber gut zu schaffen! Bis zum nächsten Bäcker und Supermarkt waren es ca. 10 Minuten. Leider war das Café, das im gleichen Gebäude liegt, von Karfreitag bis Ostersonntag geschlossen! Es machte einen sehr guten und gemütlichen Eindruck! Wir können die Ferienwohnung Nr. 11 nur weiterempfehlen!

Schöne Unterkunft

Alles war sehr sauber, die Ausstattung wie beschrieben. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld war sehr nett. Frühere Anreise wurde ungefragt angeboten, da keine direkte Vorbelegung. So macht das Buchen Spaß. Gut und ruhig gelegen. Parkplatz gar kein Problem. Zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt, um den Weg mehrmals am Tag zu Fuß zu erledigen.

Saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war immer freundlich und die Antwortzeiten sehr kurz. Die Wohnung war sauber und in guter Lage. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß bequem in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Lediglich den Fernseher fand ich persönlich etwas klein aber das ist immer geschmackssache. Ich kann die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
