We absolutely loved our stay in this immaculate and beautifully appointed home. It was a quick 15 min drive to the UTK campus and the perfect peaceful escape after attending VOL win! We truly felt at home; fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, large living and dining room and sprawling yard!

Country Cottage stay

Thanksgiving Dinner

It was our second time renting the house for Thanksgiving. It’s a quiet location with easy access to Knoxville or the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg area. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook a Thanksgiving Dinner.

Great host and home

Our family was in Knoxville for our oldest son's graduation. The house was perfect for our family during such a special time. The host was very responsive to emails and text messages. When back in Knoxville and needing a bigger place to stay, we will definitely choose this home.

July 4th Getaway

We really liked our stay in this cottage. BBQ and fire pit were a plus. Rooms were clean and everything was stocked. HUGE yard. Kent was readily available! Conveniently less than five minutes from I-40. Would definitely recommend for traveling families.

Great place outside of but close to Knoxville

The place was very clean and welcoming. I was originally concerned about the distance to Knoxville but actually it’s closer than I expected. It fit our needs perfectly - we will be back and stay here again.

Graduation celebration

What a beautiful home! We absolutely loved our time spent there while visiting my brother and his family in Knoxville and getting to see my nephew graduate from high school. Very clean and spacious with plenty of room. Beautiful property with an awesome back porch.

Knoxville Home first time visitor

Location was good for a first time visit to the area - not far from downtown area, not a bad drive to get to smoky mountains and other close hiking areas. This property is on a busy street which is a bit of an issue, but we/ you do end up getting used to it. Home is well equipped for cooking, bathrooms are updated and nice, plenty of room to spread out - beds were super comfortable mattresses....
