This rental was perfect! The house was clean, updated, and had everything you would need. The location was great also- close to State Farm stadium, Top Golf, hiking trails, and lots of restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool and pool table. The owners were fantastic to work with, they accommodated our early check in and asked if we needed a late check out. Overall, I highly recommend this property!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured. The pool was spotless and well maintained, making it one of our favorite parts of the trip.The owner truly thought of everything and provided everything we needed to feel at home. Communication was outstanding from start to finish—quick, friendly, and always helpful.We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. Everything worked well, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The pool was lovely. We especially loved the beautiful walking trails very close to the house. The host is friendly and communicative. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home that is very spaceous. The host provided all the ammenities one could need from kitchen utensils, pool towels and laundry and bathroom supplies. The backyard is amazing with the pool, covered patio and landscaping. The hosts were very accommodating, friendly and quick to respond to our questions. The location was perfect for our needs in visiting our Avondale friends. I highly recommend and would definitely return.

Stay for Baseball Tournament

Stayed for a baseball tournament and the hosts made it easy. Had everything we needed, super clean, easy to get around location. Pool was great. Would stay here again for sure.

We stayed for seven nights. It was a nice place. I loved the landscaping and the back yard is beautiful. You can tell they put a lot of love into this home. There is a lock on the thermostat so I woke up sweating every morning when the schedule turns it up. It couldn’t catch up to keep it cool during the day It was frustrating. The pool is nice. We used it everyday except one. The outdoor furniture was well used. The master bed has two ditches where body’s sleep. The pillows are very soft. A lot of feathers. The living-room furniture was ok, it’s starting to get worn out. They have the fastest recliner kick out I have ever met.

I’m sorry you had a problem with the air conditioning temp . In az in the summer all air conditioning companies say to set it to 78 in the day and 74 at night . We have it set at 77 in the day and 68 at night . You could have reached out at anytime and I could have made some adjustments.

Overall everything was great from checkin to checkout. It was a beautiful house with a beautiful pool and was so comfortable and clean. No complaints at all, would definitely recommend to anyone going to this area.

Nice and relaxing

Easy check-in, clean, cool and relaxing. Short drive to shopping, restaurants and things for young adults to do. Hosts were great at communicating and responding. Would love to stay again on our next trip.
