The Cottage, located near Crystal Mountain all seasons resort. Little River Casino, Lake Michigan beaches, snow sports, great golf, lots of lakes and rivers, Sleeping Bear National Park and many seasonal community events. Property has trails for nature walks and no light pollution for great star gazing. Modern indoor conveniences. The Cottage is a spacious, comfortable and quaint four season rental. . I have a Ring Door Bell camera in the large brown pole barn that provides a security view of the two carports and part of the driveway leading to them. This is a good way for me to know if you have arrived and when you have checked out.

The cottage was wonderful. Very private and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking supplies you will need. Wi-Fi works well and the televisions in the living room and master bedroom are a plus. If you are staying in the winter, the carports are a great perk.

Perfect stay!

This was the second time that we’ve rented Jerry’s place and once again, we weren’t disappointed at all. The house is clean, organized and Jerry is easy to get in touch with. I’m sure we will rent it once again next year for our annual kayaking trip!

Fantastic property

Beautiful private space in the middle of a 100 acre forest all around us. We enjoyed the clean organized environment. We highly recommend this place for the privacy and beauty, owner is awesome!!!

Wonderful Stay

We can’t say enough about this wonderful cottage. It worked out great as a home base for our day trips to Traverse city and Sleeping Bear Dunes. We enjoyed cooking out on the Blackstone in the evenings. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels were provided and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The property was clean and obviously well cared for. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a fabulous time at this lovely cabin. We will definitely be returning. Jerry is a wonderful host. The trails and pond were an amazing experience. He really takes nice care of his property! We even seen a few partridges on our walk of the trails. Such a great time. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Just What We Needed!

A peaceful respite from day-to-day life! The house was comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, snacks, and beverages. We thoroughly enjoyed walking the trails during the day and relaxing around the fire ring each night. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Jerry’s place. It was very clean, tidy, organized and well worth the money. It was within 25 minutes of where we kayak on the Pine so the location was perfect! Would highly recommend renting from Jerry!!

Beautiful country setting

We loved our stay. The trails were beautiful and seemed never ending, yet easy to navigate. Lovely little pond. Everything was spelling out clearly.
