Amazing Views and a Relaxing Stay

The views were amazing with easy access to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Very clean gas grills on the roof. The pool and hot tub area was clean and not crowded. Parking was excellent. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. The full kitchen was well equipped. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

Fell asleep to the sound of the ocean!

Loved the view & being just a very short walk to the beach. My husband, grandkids & I had a great time. Wished we could of stayed longer. We left the doors open & fell asleep to the sound of the ocean.

Perfect location for a beach vacation. Entrance to beach directly in front of building. 3 adults and one child in our group, so the space was just right. Very nice to have a couple of beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. The outdoor shower in the parking area to rinse everything off is very helpful. All kinds of restaurants and shopping are very close to drive to or even walk to. We really enjoyed our time at this property.

Best view! Lots to do. Easy beach access. Lots of restaurants. Clean. Easy check in. Accommodated an hour later checkout at no charge. We're not able to accommodate early check in but was understandable and there was baggage hold before and after. It's an older building but taken care of. Employees polite.

Great for a local getaway too!

I recently stayed at the Capri by the Sea in condo 310 while our home was being tented. The condo overlooks the ocean, and is clean and comfortable. The location is amazing. You're beachfront and close to so many great spots. We'd definitely recommend Capri by the Sea not just for visitors coming to San Diego, but also for locals who might need a place to stay during home projects or just want a quick coastal getaway. It really made a potentially inconvenient situation feel easy and enjoyable.

Spring Break

The condo was very clean, nice sized and easy to use. The location was great. We had a lot of fun at the beach right out front and walking along all the shops. I would stay here again.

Beautiful location and views.

This condo complex offers unbeatable, unobstructed ocean views and is located right next to the boardwalk on gorgeous Pacific Beach. After-hours check in was fairly easy. The furniture and decor was nice.

We had a great time! Loved the view and being so close to the beach. Will definitely keep this unit in mind next time we need a place to stay in the area. One suggestion would be to replace the blinds. They feel like they’re from a cheap apartment. Sheer and blackout curtains would really raise the feel. Other than that, no complaints!

We had the most amazing view of the ocean, the surfers, and beautiful waves! The room had a great amount of fans when it became a little stuffy. Overall, the temperature outside was perfect! You could easily sit on the beach all day without overheating, or, rest on the couch and open the doors to enjoy the breeze and rest to the sound of the waves. If you are used to SC or FL beaches, you’ll find the water quite chilly. While we did bring our own beach towels, it was great the host provided beach towels so we could use the coin laundry to get ours ready to pack and leave but the kids could still swim. The kitchen is a great asset but you’ll need to make a detailed list of ingredients to get at the store as spices are not available. We thought it was great that chairs and an umbrella were included too. It was just an amazing visit and we look forward to visiting again!

Immaculate. Linens top quality. Beds very comfortable. View of beach and ocean must be among the best in San Diego. Living room furnishings very basic. Cookware and cutlery were sparse, but quickly addressed by onsite staff.
