We absolutely loved our long Lakeside weekend. The house is PERFECT even for my fancy family. Courtney has thought of everything. The kids LOVED the bunk room, games, paddle boards and hot tub. We rented a boat and toured Grand Lake and Shadow Mt Lake. We only went out to hike and grab ice cream. Why leave the house if you have the best spot on the lake! Hope to come again!

From start to finish, everything was perfect. Our family loved it, it's so well stocked, great for the kids; a gorgeous home with an amazing view. The host is terrific and responsive, not that we needed anything during our stay. I would rate it higher if I could! This is the best rental ever. Thank you,

We had a small retreat and we could not have asked for a more perfect location and property. It’s just beautiful on the inside and the views are icing on the cake! Great location, access to downtown and restaurants. Loved the place and looking forward to my next gathering with friends and family!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this beautiful home. You cannot beat the views and it is decorated to perfection, layout is accommodating and the main room could not be better for relaxing together while taking in the views of Shadow Lake. I especially enjoy the town of Grand Lake, it is comfortable and welcoming and the whole family had a wonderful time at their annual tree lighting ceremony. We look forward to staying here again!

Family reunion

Beautiful home with awesome views and all the modern amenities one would want. It is also well equipped with SUPs, kayak, dock and games to keep the family happy. Great location.

We had such an amazing time during our stay! Courtney is a great host - very easy to work with, flexible, and helpful. The home was BEAUTIFUL and all of the games and everything at the house made it even better. Would highly recommend staying here!

Accommodating, beautiful, and comfortable!

This house had everything we needed, we even opted to stay in for dinner both nights we were there, it was that wonderful. The views (even in winter) of the lake were incredible, and we couldn't easily housed 5 more people without any issues. I loved this place so much I want to return in the summer!

We had a terrific family get together. What a spectacular deck and view! The location is terrific, excellent accommodations and very gracious host. Super easy to work with. We were even fortunate enough to spot lots of local critters….moose, ducks, geese and even bears. Great location for everything you could want.

Wonderful View

We had a wonderful time at this property. Courtney was prompt via phone and text. It was nice to get out of the city and enjoy the mountains up close. We also had a moose visit one evening.

Grand Lake Adventure

Had a great time at Grand Lake. Host was very gracious as we celebrated our 50th anniversary with family. House was perfect and location so beautiful. The house has all the items needed to assist our requirements. Sitting in hot tub early am watching sun come over mountains was breath taking. Loved it all.

Lake House Shadow Lake(Grand Lake)

Property was fantastic and was perfect for our family. 5 bedrooms did the trick. Great location to town and the new dock(pier) really helped out with the Pontoon boat. Fishing off the dock was actually pretty good once we figured out how to it. Thanks

Fun Location and Beautiful Home

Beautiful home overlooking the lake. Close to downtown Grand Lake, which is quaint but has all the amenities you need. We used the house as a basecamp to go skiing in Granby not far away. The only challenge was the road to the house. It was very muddy and challenging to get in and out of with the trash can right in the way.
