This well appointed condo is on the beach facing the intercoastal waterway, not the beach. Less than a 1 minute walk to the beach through the building.

While you are here , you will enjoy

You will be staying at our family oriented 1st floor condo in the laid back beach town of Indian Rocks Beach, on Sand Key /island.

The condo is great, and it’s on the first floor, and the beach and the ocean is beautiful , thank you for all you supplied, early in the mornings I would walk on the beach and enjoy before we all went to the beach, with kids , thank you for informing me of places to go eat for lunch and dinners , different store locations and how to arrive from the airport ,,,etc.

I was OK with the ground floor as my husband has trouble walking a distance. The unit was ok but updates wouldn't hurt. The bedroom carpet's were filthy to me and I believe they've never been cleaned. They truly need to be cleaned. The ceilings are paper thin. Not that anyone can control this but the renters above us kept going in and out onto the balcony. The sliders, opening and closing sounded like 'rolling thunder' and it continued until all hours of the night. Thank goodness we had a noise maker in the bedroom to help drown out the scraping of the chairs and 'rolling thunder' of the sliders so we could sleep. Unfortunately, unless the cleanliness of the carpets and 'rolling thunder' sliders are corrected, we will not be back and would not recommend. Thank you, Monica T.

The owner Tom, is great to work with. First thing, we noticed was the musty smell when entering into the condo, but the air freshers seem to do the trick, we didn’t notice the musty smell after the first walk though. The beach cart was the best! We could load everything up in it. I had one problem and that was with the living room TV/cable, I could not get it to work. Tom sent me the directions and still couldn’t get it. So I walked to the office the next day and the blonde older woman was very rude to me. She finally came down about a hour later and tried to fix it. When she couldn’t get it fixed she became sort of nice. She said she will contact the maintenance guy and get it fixed. I went on to the beach. I can back and the TV was on and only one channel would work (news 9) that’s what we had to watch during our trip. The bedroom TV was fine.

Condo 108 Peggy’s Place

The location and description of this vacation condo was spot on. After receiving had a hard time on a phone conversation about getting an extra packing spot, we were given one without hesitation when we arrived. The place was under construction, which made it very hard to maneuver around during the week. We could not do laundry on location, and had to go to a coin laundry, which was very pricy. Upon arrival, entering the condo, it smelled awful ( we think it possibly hadn’t been used in awhile ). We sprayed it down with Lysol and kept the doors open to air it out. Also, throughout the week there were numerous bugs in the condo. We have pictures of a few of them. There were bugs in the bedroom with 2 beds in the bed closet to the wall. Also, said bedroom had bugs on the carpet. In the kitchen there was garbage between the refrigerator and the counter, microwave popcorn pouches, and pop tarts, this brought numerous bugs, black tiny ones, in the kitchen until we figured out the problem. The food items had been there for quite some time, as they were soft and mushy. Once we cleaned it up the bugs seemed to lighten up some. We did not complain on site, as my husband was afraid of losing our extra parking spot. He said just let them know after. The overall condo was nice, and fully stocked. ( couldn’t believe the amount of paper products). It did lack being clean with a fresh smell. Also, we only had limited amount of bath towels and with no laundry on site, it was expensive to clean them off site.

Great Stay, quiet area

This was a great place to stay, it was well maintained. It had very helpful and knowledgeable staff. It was a quieter area to vacation compared to the Clearwater area. Our property faced the inter-coastal water way, which made it much quieter. We would definitely stay there again. Our host gave us alot of useful tips for the area and used almost all of the ones he gave us. We especially liked using the trolley to go to the Clearwater beach area. It would have been difficult to drive there and find parking.

Spring Break at 50 Gulfside!

We love 59 Gulfside and this year was. I different. Beautiful unit on the fist floor. Parked directly in front of it, which made for easy move in! Tons of beach gear in great shape.

Great place to stay

The condo was exactly as stated in the description. The owner responded quickly to my questions prior to the trip and provided us with useful information for our stay. The condo was clean and the kitchen had plenty of provisions for us to cook. What I loved the most were the water and sand toys that the owner provided, along with chairs for us to use on the beach. My grandson used all of them and it saved us buying them after they arrived. The condo was close to lots of restaurants and convenience stores. Although the condo faced the intercoastal you just had to turn the corner at the side of the condo building to reach the beach. My only recommendation would be to provide beach towels, but we just picked some up at a local store. I would definitely stay here again. Loved the place!

First time using VRBO and staying at 50Gulfside. The location was perfect! We loved going back and forth from the condo to the beach and pool without packing everything up! The property was exactly as described and my family of 5 had plenty of room. The property owner was easy to reach and the staff at the building was very friendly and helpful! Highly recommended for families

We loved our stay. Five kids ages 14 down to 4, all slept comfortably (two shared beds and we brought an air mattress that fit between the beds in the second bedroom. The proximity to the pool and beach were unbeatable. Beach was quiet and clean, pool area was always clean, pool was heated and clean. Tables to eat outside, lounging chairs, rinsing stations for after the beach. Condo stocked PERFECTLY with sand toys, beach cart, boogie boards, noodles, masks, everything. We didn't bring a thing for the beach and with five kids, didn't need one thing! Nice patio to enjoy in the evenings. Parking spot is directly in front of the unit, very convenient. We loved the area - so many restaurants, some even within easy walking distance, we found an LA fitness closeby so we could workout daily, laundry facilities were convenient ($4 total per load, bring quarters), kitchen was stocked better than any place I've ever stayed - every utensil, every small appliance (even a crockpot!), and new appliances, it was wonderful. The bar area in the kitchen was huge - seated all five kids. Condo was spacious and clean, honestly couldn't have asked for a better spot to stay. ONLY con was the bed was hard. And for anyone wanting to know our favorite spots while we visited here - VIP mexican american (we walked here, jalapeno margaritas were phenomenal) Guppys on the beach (last night's fancy dinner, food was outstanding) Grouper on the gulf ( best grouper sandwich we had all week) Kooky Coconut (took all the kids here for a relaxing dinner and ice cream) Mahuffers (incredible, one of a kid dive bar) We had a great experience and would recommend this place to ANYONE!
