Cozy furnished on 43 m², the 2 bedroom apartment Koje 117 offers an immediate holiday feeling on the beautiful Baltic Sea. The near beach location convinces especially ambitious beach vacationers. The promenade invites you with numerous cafes and restaurants to a culinary delight and the Niendorf harbor for a walk to unwind. The Baltic Sea is only about 20 meters from the apartment.
Season beach chair included
On the opposite, sandy Niendorfer Baltic Sea beach is available during the beach basket season (weather permitting) from May to September a beach chair free of charge. It can be selected whether it is placed on the dog beach or on the normal beach.
Swimming pool and sauna included
Wellness and bathing fun directly in the neighboring house: The guests have free access to a heated indoor swimming pool and a sauna.
Dog friendly
Of course you should not miss your faithful four-legged friend even on holiday. The beautiful beach promenade invites you to extensive Gassi tours. Timmendorfer beach, Niendorf and Scharbeutz / Haffkrug have beautiful dog beaches, where your dog can let off steam.

The separate bedroom has an orthopedic box spring bed (1.80 width) and a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Washer and dryer can be used for a fee in the house.

Wir kennen die Lage des Objektes schon seit Jahren und sind sehr damit zu frieden.Leider fällt mir immer auf, das die Wohnungen sehr sporadisch eingerichtet sind; keine 2. Toilettenrolle, Küchenrolle, Paket Salz, Geschirrspülmittel, Reinigungsmittel...Der Platz ist ja dafür wirklich da. In anderen Ferienwohnungen ist es doch auch möglich.Leider gab es nur einen Wohnungsschlüssel!

Idylle an der Ostsee

Es war sehr schön. Größe der Ferienwohnung ausreichend. Auch unsere kleine Hündin hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenige Minuten zum Hundestrand direkt vor der Haustür. Auch bei dem Abholen des Schlüssels in der Agentur in Scharbeutz war problemlos. Sehr netter Kontakt.LG, Familie Seide

Nur für Gäste mit Tier geeignet

Der Aufenthalt war wie immer sehr schön. Unsere Wohnung lag im dem Haus, indem wir schon drei Mal untergebracht waren, allerdings von anderen Anbietern. Leider war unsere jetzige Wohnung sowas von voll mit Hundehaaren, das wir erst mal alles desinfiziert und gesaugt haben, da die Endreinigung nach dem letzten Mieters nicht ausreichend war. Man sollte auch mal unter und hinter den Schränkchen putzen. Leider war der Staubsauger so voll mit Hundehaaren usw., das wir nach dem Saugen erstmal alle Fenster und Türen öffnen mussten, weil es so gestunken hat. Staubsauger somit nicht zu gebrauchen. Das Schlafzimmer ist eindeutig zu klein. Zwischen Wand und Fußende sind nur 30 cm Platz um auf die andere Bettseite zu kommen. Im Bad hängt die Dusche am seidenen Faden und die Schränke sind krumm und schief. Ansonsten war alles gut.

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Top Lage! Mein Mann, unser Dackel und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir würden die Wohnung noch einmal buchen. TG Stellplatz, direkt am Meer, Balkon, sep. Schlafzimmer, Dackelfreundlich, Aufzug, viel Stauraum und insgesamt eine sehr gepflegte und gemütliche Wohnung. Zudem eine sehr freundliche Schlüsselübergabe bei Baltic Appartements!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, gut eingerichtet, gute Lage Jammern auf hohem Niveau: Kein Insektenschutz an den Fenstern, Eierkocher würde Energie sparen, länger Zugangsweg durch die Kellerräume, kein Ausladeplatz vor dem Eingang. :;

Schön hell und perfekt gelegen

Wenn man keinen Hund, aber eine feine Nase hat, sollte man Duftkerzen mitbringen. Die Duschwand und auch die Schubladen der Spülmaschine müssten mal wieder festgemacht werden. Ansonsten eine sehr gemütliche Wohnung mit großen Fenstern und viel Licht. Balkon ist überdacht=perfekt. Bett ist sehr bequem. Viel Stauraum in der Wohnung. Lage ist toll. 2 Minuten zur grandiosen Bude 8 und zum Strand. Herrlich. :)

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in Niendorf im Haus Carpe Diem (Apartment "Koje 117") erlebt, vor allem möchte ich erwähnen, dass wir die Sonnenseite genießen konnten, so dass wir immer wieder gern diese Ferienwohnung buchen würden. Danke für den erlebnisreichen Aufenthalt, die wohlfühlende Unterkunft ist doch sehr entscheidend. Ihnen einen wunderbaren Herbst. Wir kommen gern wieder. Kleines Appartement direkt am Strand

Da wir einen Hund haben, hat es uns gut gefallen, daß wir nur drei Gehminuten vom Hundestrand entfernt waren. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht um angenehme Ferien zu verbringen.

Wohnung in 1A Lage

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in super Lage. Wer mit Hund anreist, lernt die Nähe zum Hundestrand zu schätzen. Der Niendorfer Hafen, die Bude 8, der Bäcker und viele Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Nur die Saftgläser haben wir vermisst. Dafür gab es aber jede Menge Weingläser. Auf jeden Fall behalten wir diesen Urlaub in guter Erinnerung und werden diese Wohnung sicherlich wieder buchen.
