It boasts three masters, all on different floors with king beds. The remaining two bedrooms include two full beds, a twin, a nursery/office with a crib, and a living room couch pull-out with a queen memory foam mattress. There are 3.5 bathrooms two of which are en-suite. It has a private, covered back porch with a fire feature and driveway parking pad that can park 4 cars off the street with additional street parking. This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, but walkable to multiple restaurants, bars and coffee shops. It’s a 12-min drive to downtown Louisville and the expo center and 15-min. drive to Churchill Downs and UofL stadium. The master in the basement is a 1,000 square foot studio suite, with a king bed, living room with a five-seater couch and large TV, coffee bar, full bath with wet sauna spa, and laundry room, perfect for privacy for an additional family/couple to stay.
