From the panoramic views on the balcony, to being steps away from the ocean and outdoor pool…….relaxation overtakes you.

The renovated galley kitchen has more storage and counter space ( including an extra insert). New granite tops throughout make clean-ups easy. Apartment sized stackable washer and dryer are very convenient.

This 654 sq. ft. unit has a king sized bed in the master and a 3/4 on suite with a great shower.

Linens, 4 sets of towels, 4 beach towels, 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and beach cart means packing less from home.

On the property a 150-foot waterslide spills into their Oceanfront outdoor pool and is so much fun! Swim year round in their indoor swimming pool and take advantage of the relaxing whirlpool at the end of a long day. Additionally, the property boosts tennis and basketball courts, a large interior courtyard with kids playground, gas and charcoal grills beside indoor pool, Shuffleboard and a 9-hole putt putt golf course. Enjoy the newly constructed boardwalk getting you down to Toes in the Sand!

Beyond expectations

I have stayed in many beach condos and this may be the best. Two comfortable chairs in the living room was such a surprise. Lots to do in the area too. A 5* in every way

Crystal Coast Vacation

Our host, Natalie was awesome. Her condo “Leg-A-Sea”; at “A Place At The Beach” is beautiful, with great views of the ocean. 2Bdr 2Bath condo. The condo association has a beautiful large pool with a slide. They have an elevator and a nice long deck that extends all the way to the beach. The condo does have a flooding problem in the parking lot when it rains a lot (the 5-7” we got from the Remnants of Hurricane Idalia on Thursday), but the water and gunk was still there by Saturday morning, so the parking lot could use a make over with a couple of under pavement drains to drain water faster than letting the sun vaporize it. All-in-all a great relaxing stay on the Crystal Coast.

End of Summer trip

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Condo. Natalie was an amazing host. She was so easy to communicate with and so nice. The snack box she provided was a huge hit especially the cookies. The Condo was well decorated, clean and comfortable. The view of the Ocean was great and we loved sitting on the deck. We hope to stay here again soon.

Fantastic place/host!

Our stay was fantastic! This was our third condo at A Place at the Beach and it was by far the best!! It was just as described and Natalie (the host) couldn’t have been better. She was kind, communicative, and helpful.

Family Vacation

We had a great family vacation. Our family rented 4 units that were very close to each other. We enjoyed our stay. The owner was wonderful. She provided many items that made our stay more enjoyable. We would rent this unit again.
