The most spectacular view over the Gulf of Rosas

The spacious Villa is located directly on the edge of the peninsula of Punta Montgo. The two Story terrace offers one of the most spectacular views over the bay of roses. The Mainhouse includes four bedrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. The interrior is decorated in classical spanish style. Additionally there is an Apartment consisting of a bedroom, Living room with additional bed, bath, kitchen and two balkonys. A beautiful pool and garden are available. Over the small path along the steep coast the sea can be reached by foot in five minuites. To the sandbeach of Cala montgo it is ten minuites by foot.

Grandioser Meerblick

Die Lage sowie der Ausblick ist einzigartig. Man hat auf der großen Terrasse einen 180°-Ausblick auf die gesamte Bucht sowie das offene Meer. Die Sonne scheint hier von morgens bis abends durchgehend. Der schöne Pool ist ca. ab Mittag für den Rest des Tages besonnt. Sucht man ein Schattenplätzchen, ist man u.a. unterhalb der großen Terrasse geschützt. Die Zimmer sind auf mehereren Ebenen verteilt und bieten reichlich Platz. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktionell und ausreichend. Besten Dank an den freundlichen Hausmeister, der uns freundlich empfangen, betreut und verabschiedet hat. Wir können das Objekt mit guten Gewissen empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder! Es war eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit! Markus und Bettina Z.

Séjour très agréable

La vue de la maison est incroyable, on ne s'en lasse pas et c'est magique à tout moment de la journée. Côté intérieur c'est assez spartiate au niveau des sanitaires, de l'équipement général de la maison et de la literie mais nous avons passé un très beau séjour grâce à Jonathan qui fut d'un fantastique accueil et d'une grande disponibilité.

Lage einmalig, wunderschöner Blick, Zimmer und Einrichtung gepflegt. Man merkt bei Einrichtung, Ausstattung und Küchengeräten, dass das Haus von der Familie Kermani genutzt wurde und wird. Es ist alles da was man so als Familie braucht, keine reine sparsame Ferienhausausstattung. Vielen Dank, dass Sie und ihr Haus überlassen haben.

What a VIEW, fabulous surroundings.

Great location and amazing villa, the outside space gives you lots of sunshine areas or shade. The pool is immaculate well kept and loungers are plenty, it was so nice relaxing around the pool we didn't want to go out! The view from all areas, bedrooms, lounge, terrace is to die for, I don't think you could better it. Although the inside is slightly tired it was clean and well presented, the kitchen was well supplied although compact, bedrooms are basic but again they offer everything you need , comfy beds, wardrobe space, bedside tables. Some bathrooms appear to have been recently re-furbished and others need a little attention, although just minor things nothing to put you off booking. We did not use the lounge area or inside dinning facilities as the outside was so nice, spacious and beautiful. To summarise: A slightly tired Villa, however the location and views more than compensate I would not hesitate to recommend a holiday here. Great for families or group of friends.

Traumhaftes Wochenende in dieser unglaublichen Villa

Das Haus ist in Wirklichkeit NOCH schöner als die Anzeigefotos und unsere gesamte Gruppe war begeistert. Die tollsten Abendessen mit Sonnenuntergang: beide Küchen haben hochwertiges und komplettes Material zum Kochen & trinken und es fehlte uns nichts im Haus, was Material angeht. Als Vintage-Fan fand ich die Bodenfliesen extrem schön und die Wohnzimmer Sessel brachten auch einen geschmackvollen Stil ins Haus. Badezimmer sind nicht modern aber alles extrem sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool liegt morgens im Schatten aber dann ab Mittag den ganzen Tag in der Sonne mit fabelhaft modernen Liegestühlen mit sehr praktischem Sonnenschutz für das Gesicht. Wir waren weder an Fußball WM noch an Internet interessiert, aber ich kann mir vorstellen, dass Fernseher & WLAN für zukünftige Reisende vielleicht erwünscht sein könnten. Kommunikation mit Eigentümer Schahab war prompt und hilfreich. Jonathan, der uns ein& ausgecheckt hat, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dank beiden haben wir uns aufgehoben, umsorgt und wohl gefühlt. Eines ist sicher: wir planen in unserer Reisegruppe schon unseren nächsten möglichen Aufenthalt denn solch eine fabelhafte Aussicht hatten wir bisher in Katalunien noch nicht.
