Schönes Apartment in Top Lage zum Strand, verschiedener Restaurants und einer Apotheke. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber der schnell auf Fragen antwortet. Das Apartment ist sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn auch ein paar Utensilien für den Strand zur Verfügung gestanden hätten.

Todo positivo lo cual hizo que disfrutásemos al cien por cien de las vacaciones. Apartamento tal cual descrito en la descripción y fotos, pudimos entrar antes de lo previsto pues veníamos de un viaje largo y se agradece. Excelente limpieza y confort. Apartamento renovado, cocina nueva, todo lo necesario. Aire acondicionado indispensable, Tv grande, buena distribución, 2 terrazas, muy cómodo, buena temperatura, buena luz. Bien insonorizado. Muy buenas ventanas Climalit en habitaciones. Parcela de la urbanización cerrada, codigo seguridad para entrar, vigilante nocturno. Seguridad, los niños pueden jugar por los jardines, la piscina está candada, con horarios, con socorrista. Columpios. Agradable. Flores, Limpieza, mantenimiento. Todo bien. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Por poner alguna pega: almohadas algo incómodas. Andando a la playa Les Marines 4 minutos.La piscina estupenda, con cesped artificial, mejor que en las fotos. Recomiendo mucho.

Top Urlaub mit super Standort

Kommunikation mit Vermieter war super.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber beim antreffen und alles war sehr ordentlich.Von Restaurants zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten war alles gut zu Fuss zu erreichen,so dass man fast kein Auto brauchte.Alles in allem ein gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub!

Strandnah und günstig

Wir waren 2 Wochen im Juli 21 in der Wohnung. Der Vermieter ist Deutscher, was die Kommunikation erheblich vereinfachte. Die Wohnung ist größtenteils renoviert. Es gibt deutsches TV, eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und eine in einem Schlafzimmer, sowie eine Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist etwas klein, war aber nicht schlimm. In der Anlage gibt es einen großen Pool mit bestimmten Öffnungszeiten. Das einzige Manko ist die Straße an der Anlage. Obwohl nicht breit, ist sie wohl eine Abkürzung und wird gerne genutzt. Ich habe sowieso immer Oropax in den Ohren, deshalb war es nachts nicht so dramatisch und tagsüber waren wir unterwegs. Auf den beiden Terrassen haben wir selten gesessen. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen
